One of my favorite coffee shops, coolers are the best in my opinion!

Well i just got off a 20 hour shift. Wanted to have a good coffee for when i got home and to my surprise I had half the drink in my cup holder. There was a sizeable crack in the cup that gave it a steady flow. Wish I could get a refund but I was never given a receipt. I was very disappointed. I have recommended people to go there in the past. But this one is now off my list.

No longer lets you select the bagel you want on your sandwich, in some cases you can't even have a bagel sandwich. Booooo

Their new breakfast sandwiches are terrible! Don't waste your time in line, go to Panera where everything is still fresh!
