Caribou is one of my favorite chain coffee shops, but this branch should consider some staffing changes. Clare was doing the work of many while others were standing around just watching her compensate and apologize for them.

My second time in this coffee shop. The girls are absolutely wonderful, best service ever. Coffee and bagels are great! They welcomed me and my little French Bulldog, whom I am socializing in hopes of him being a service dog. I will definitely be back and bring plenty of people with me! I live in Omaha and come back to Sioux Falls approximately once a month. Love this place!
Excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was struggling with my Caribou app and they worked the problem until solved. And, of course, the coffee was great.

They were busy at 745am on a Friday but they had the line moving. My sandwich and coffee were right. The staff was friendly.
