One of the better Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. Food was good, with no complaints on Flavor, texture, or temperature.Really, the the reason I'm writing this review, is because of the server, Mike. This man acted as a Sherpa to the Buffalo Wild Wings experience. He had knowledgeable answers for every question that was asked. He offered options that I have never even heard of, having dined at numerous Buffalo Wild Wings across the country. And with those offerings, it wasn't a complicated matter at all, just an easy yes or no for elevated food experiences. His presence and timing was the perfect balance of attentive, and letting the table have its space. Mike is the embodiment of top notch service. If you are fortunate enough to be seated at his table, know that you will be taken care of.
This is a fun place to go for an early dinner! It's less crowded and quieter. Their double burgers are always very good! Ice cold beers and great bartenders!
My go to place every other week for my margaritas after a long 2 weeks period of dealing with ppls behaviors. Bar staff is always welcoming; Our food order and cocktail orders are out in a good timely manner.
Cocktails are great if you like your cocktail watered down, I mean it is the Midwest in middle America. The food was cold. My date's food was cold. No amount of atmosphere, clean surfaces, and loud television can mask the fact that MY FOOD WAS COLD.Dont waste your time with this chain establishment, they bank on the fact that you'll be daft enough to drop money and be gullible enough to trust a mediocre brand to offer actual service in South Dakota. You're better off goin to Fryn Pan, Culver's, or Sickies...Have ever had cold brisket?! I HAVE... IT'S chewy and stiff....Hard Pass, go to Freddy's up the road...Addendum:You'll also notice that the response to less than pleasant reviews are almost word for scripted (more reason not to visit... HARD PASS)
It was 1 pm and fairly busy for the day I visited. I thought that swinging by later would be less of a crowd. I was wrong. I did not even get seated after waiting 10 min to even see a host or anyone resembling a staff person. After not seeing anyone after 15 minuets of standing at the host desk I just left. Not the best experience, but not the worst. I'd give you a crisp high five for trying, but I left.
Arrived at 9:20pm last night. Asked the bartender if they had time to feed us because their was a sign on the door that said closing at 10pm. Which their website said 1 still and it wasn’t a special holiday. We had 4 adults and 2 kids with us. One adult and one of the children got warm food the rest of it was cold and gross. I guess I could’ve not drove a hour and just ate chicken nuggets frozen out of my freezer. Ended up paying for $64 for food I didn’t get to eat and they just threw them away. “Took 50% off the bill” I would’ve been completely fine paying $100 if the service was worth $100. Needs new management, Wont be coming back till then.

A lady sat my family in a booth. She had a look before seating us, put the menus down and then left. She didn't acknowledge anything to us and did not come back. There was spilled water and ice on a booth that I was about to sit on, and obviously you can see there was ice on the floor. We put our stuff in a different booth so we could flag someone down. As we did that, we were approached by a male, he said very polite "this section is not available."Our waitress then arrived. She was not the same lady that sat us. She looked tired, but she was peachy and that was better than nothing. She was very polite and easy going with us and patient. Thank you.Our food was fast and good. Thank you.
Service was lack luster. We saw staff standing at the back staring at us for several minutes, while we stared at them waiting to be seated. Food was incorrect, which I expected. I always go with the wraps, somehow they are never under or over cooked and if they didn't get it right, it is easy to remove ingredients.
Waited 5 minutes to make our table reservations only to be told it would be at least 2 hours due to our party size and their short staff at 1:30pm on a Saturday. Plenty of open tables but lots of people waiting to be seated. We left.
