Delays beyond imagination, and 70$ for 3 small Pizzas that were ordered with extra cheese and toppings, but came without anything extra at all. TWO of them were burnt... Very disappointing! I should've received 2 extra pizzas for that price. Instead they gave me 20$ voucher for "next time".

First time customer here. I've gotta say... its not what I was expecting, unfortunately. I hate leaving not so good reviews but I'm not sure what the problem was.We ordered the platter. The chicken was really soft & soggy on the outside. I'm not sure if its supposed to be like that. But the 2 mozzarella sticks were the same way. Everything was super soft & soggy but those 2 were the worst. It did take over an hour to get to us & we live just right down the street so I'm not sure what happened. The driver gave us the wrong order at first. He was still here when I called the store and we gave him the order we were given & he gave us the right order. The driver & the manager were both very nice!! The manager even gave us a $20 credit towards our next order. I'm just not sure if we'll be ordering again. /: I was kinda disappointed & I hate saying that but it wasn't a good 1st impression for us & I wanted it to be.

Delicious juicy chicken and wings. Many great selections of pizza for the kids. Great place to go for carry out. 2 Liter Sodas are reasonable with purchase. Definitely use these fellas again.

The experience could have been better if the business were to care about the values within food/customer integrity. We awaited for the delivery of two large (14" pizzas)...Granted, the pizzas are not cheap and we enjoy them and it is why we decided to order them tonight. But, it all went downhill immediately once we found out that the pizzas ordered were small in size and the delivery driver insisted in handing them over to us, because our delivery address was given to him for those orders.Nonetheless, we took them and shrugged in disappointment that we had just spent a lot of money for ordering the two small boxes. So we called the restaurant and Dakota answered, the employee that took the order in the first place. We explained that we did not order the small pizzas, because we have spent $57 on the big order that is our usual go-to.And Dakota's response was, " bring the pizzas in." Naturally, that was not the response I would expect, since our service was originally for delivery, so we asked if there was something else we could do, delivery and takeout was our intended dinner for tonight. Dakota's response, "I mean I would have to believe you...so sorry for your loss."Sorry for the loss of money and having the mistake of ordering pizza with your business? Once again, not the response anyone should receive for having been erroneous in the beginning. So, we hung up on Dakota and flabergasted at our situation...we opened the boxes and lo and behold, the pizzas were not even the right ones we ordered.Who's at fault here? And why couldn't we have better service?

Ok pizza, But they barely put toppings on. The bear minimum. Some of the slices didn't even have them. And this is a medium with 2 toppings. Not worth the 17.89 plus tip

Miss the buffet here otherwise this was my first visit back in many years. Think they only had a couple people working took awhile for the food, understandably so. Food was spot on, as good or better than I'd remembered it. Can order in or take out, play pinball while you wait. Haven't been to the one in Tea yet.

i come here once or twice a week for the pinball room. the machines are extremely well maintained and there's a great selection.i stay for the food and service. the employees there are always super helpful and kind, and the boneless wings are fantastic.

I usually buy pizza from this establishment about once a week. I have plenty of other options to choose from. I bought a New York style pizza pepperoni and chicken Alfredo about 3-4 days ago and upon arrival of the pizza I only received a pizza with cheese and pepperoni being half of the pizza. I called back immediately and told them of the mistake they made and was told they would make it right. By this time it was around 1am and I’m currently in school for business while juggling a full time Job. My response was to bring the pizza another day because at this time I was exhausted and didn’t want to wait another hour just for another pizza . I was told they would credit me one and bring it next time I called . I called today 04/11/2022 4:40pm for a pizza . The manager on duty said there wasn’t a credit on my account for another pizza and she can’t give away free food with out documentation . I expressed to her it wasn’t my job to make sure it was documented and basically the conversation ended with an attitude and no pizza . Well I won’t be using this place anymore I’ll just stick to dominoes or Pizza Hut . I find it ridiculous that a frequent customer who has been working with them for so long has been penalized for their in effectiveness of documentation.

When you arrive in Sioux Falls at around midnight & want good but not complex food delivered to you, Boss's is the spot to order from. They'll even deliver to your hotel room door - now that is great customer service! Order the Chislic & any pizza - you'll be glad you did!

Placed my order at 11:03 pm. Right now it’s 1:14 am. They told me at 12:39 that my order was leaving soon (only 15 minutes away). I have ALWAYS had issues getting my little food on a timely manner. I will never be going back.
