No one was there to help serve customers.This was during noon, returned an hour later and still no worker to be found.many customers were trying to purchase but no one was there.one customer waited but instead they went to nestle.why make the popcorn and not sell it.
I wish i could give zero stars. When i went up to order a medium popcorn witch said it was $2.99, the guy ended up charging me $5.41. he looked at the cash in my hand and saw how much i had, their popcorn was absolutely gross. It was stale and it had a horrible taste. Please never go here its not worth it. You should to auntie annes or nestle toll house instead. DO NOT COME HERE
Specifically went to the mall THREE TIMES to try this gelato and wasn’t able to die to poor customer service. The first time I went it was an hour before the mall closed and the worker had already closed most of the store down. ( the look on his face when I asked what time they close told me he probably wasn’t supposed to have closed shop yet) And then the last two times I was there during the day and there was no one behind the counter for OVER AN HOUR!! There was no sign that said they stepped out or anything so I sat there and waited thinking they would come out from the back but nope! I asked the worker at Nestle cookies next door amd she said that it’s very common for your staff to do that and shut down early. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Less than 5 options, with less than an inch left of Luke warm product in each. All out of the box, junklato. Least enthusiastic employee I’ve ever witnessed. I never review...This was not worth the walk from the car to the counter. Please do yourself and everyone else a favor and close up shop. $30 for three cones and three waters.
Outstanding! Owner was great to talk to and the products are all made on site (gelato). Definitely worth a visit!
