Stopped in and had a small chocolate malt on a warm Saturday afternoon, and it hit the spot. The staff was curious, and there were tables to sit at outside. This B & G is running drive thru only at this time, which was not an issue for me. It was easy to walk up and order at the window.
First of all I love their ice cream. Last night since their lobby is closed, I waited about 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru. Which is not a big deal. They gave me the wrong order, when I went to their closed lobby and knocked on the window and told them I got the wrong order, I was told the only way to fix it was to go back through the drive thru and wait the 10 to 15 minutes. If they truly cared about their customers they would fix it right away and not make me wait again.
Always have had quick, friendly and excellent service. My dogs love the doggie treats on hot days!! :)
Today what is my first day going to Milky Way and it was disgusting… first of all there was mold on my hot dog, the bread was terribly dry, and the work kept forgetting my food.I had also got nachos that were stale and the beans were cold. And the customer service was also bad… I ain’t even get my receipt
B&G is a staple of Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. A family owned establishment, I have been enjoying their summer treats since I was a kid. They gave a huge variety of ice cream treats and other food options. I am partial to their "Avalanches.". Think of them as better versions of Dairy Queen's "Blizzards." Awesome flavors, friendly service, and great prices. I look forward to every summer when they open back up for the season. Oh...and they do great things in the community too.
I never write bad reviews for anywhere, because it’s really no big deal for me getting the wrong food (which I did in this case, extremely) However poor treatment of your staff requires a bad review immediately. I went through your drive through around 1 pm today, an older lady in her 50’s, short brown hair, possibly light blue shirt, possibly a manager or shift leader. The absolute rudeness on that woman. Two elderly ladies helped me at 2 different points in the confusion, and the woman in her 50’s I described was SO rude and impatient with them. I felt terrible for these two elderly ladies, and the lady in her 50’s needs to work on being less nasty to her employees. I’m not sure of any names, however it was on Monday the 16th (today) around 1. To the elderly ladies, I could tell you were trying your best with a Karen of a boss, but you did a fantastic job
My daughter LOVES B&G!!! Her favorites are the hamburgers and vanilla dishes with extra sprinkles.

Great service but only had drive through open. Would've been nice for all customers if there was a sign stating so to avoid the traffic jam in the parking lot.Thank you to all the workers there that day!
