Took forever to be seated with multiple tables open and no line. Finally seated ordered our drinks. Ordered an app to share and our food at the same time. Waited 20 minutes for the drinks. Drank those still waiting on our food so we ordered another drink. Our food finally came out no app. Then our 2nd drinks came out. The food was less than luke warm and our server did nothing more than take the order. Thanks to the ladies at the bar who brought out what we did get
Menu was different then other locations ..server was great and on point..The food was good just wish we had more options
Ordered a southwest chicken salad. The chicken was like grissle. I don’t know if it wasn’t cooked properly. ?The lettuce was limp or white unappealing. The whole thing was terrible. I have had the same dish at another location and it was good I sent it back and asked for a burger and fries. It took forever to get that— the fries were terrible— the burger was okay, except for the lame lettuce and mushy tomato on it. Just to clarify— I NEVER send food back. It was bad. The lactation is the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, SD
Excellent service. Did not have a long wait for seating, ordering, receiving our drinks or getting our food. The entire experience was polite, prompt and excellent quality food/taste as always. Thank you Applebee's
Awesome food.Service is also Awesome. Clean ,lots of TVs to catch sports on. Very Professional employees.If you're hungry for BBQ their Riblets are so so so good. Give them a try next time you're Hungry. :)
Our food was fine. I can’t have chicken so I asked if I could replace chicken with steak (and I would pay more) but they wouldn’t substitute. Most of their entrees have chicken and I didn’t want a plain steak so I got a small appetizer. I saw another review that they were difficult to deal with about food allergies…this is something they should absolutely improve on.
Food is always good. Like everywhere else they are short staffed but our waiter, Alex, did a good job.
Quiet and cozy where we sat. Husband's ribs were seasoned perfectly. My spinach artichoke dip was delicious as were the chicken tacos....definitely will return.
Had a to go order and Stephanie helped us while managing the full bar and even caught a missing side before we left. She definitely needs a raise.
Waitress made the best Arnold Palmer and was super attentive. Food was delicious.
