I ordered their $5 deal on menu .so I ordered (2) chicken sandwich ,with fries ,and drink and one side .When I got my order and noticed that ok .they gave me my (2) sandwiches, fries,drink and one side .But side was another 4 or 5 piece chicken nuggets .it like why did they gave me chicken nuggets when I order (2) chicken sandwich already ..could of least give me something else besides chicken nuggets ..like a cookie or something ..???
Asked for a Dave Single, only lettuce and pickles. Guy put cheese on it, common mistake I’m used to, but then he argued with us about it, demanded the burger back even when we said we’d just pay for another. He told us we should have said no cheese. Fine. He gave us the receipt to prove his point, but turns out he put in the order as a cheeseburger.He made a mistake, and made it our problem. Don’t know if I’ll come back to this location at this hour.

this Wendy's is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! EVERY TIME I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE DRIVE THEW THEY HAVE SCREWED UP OUR ORDER, EVERY TIME. THEY PROMISED MULTIPLE TIMES THEY WOULD SEND COUPONS TO RETURN AND MAKE UP FOR MISTAKES AND NEVER HAVE THEY ARE THE WORST SO SCREW THEM I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY WENDY'S AGAIN!!!!
I was craving some baconator fries and chicken nuggets so I decided to go here with my fiancé around 11;30am, so we went and tried to go in lobby so we can dine in but the door was locked but there was clearly people eating in there so it striked me as odd but I didn't give it too much thought so we just got in our car to went thru drive thru . So we start to order and the kid that was taking our order was replying with "Anything else" but with a rude tone , every time we added something so then we get to the window and get our food , the kid didn't say thank you or anything in good customer service nature ...so then we park and the gentleman that parked next to us got out his car and walked in the lobby the door NOT LOCKED as it was when we tried to go in so it made me wonder and not happy at all, well we start to eat our food, so the bacon was just put on the baconator fries as strips not cut up or anything and then the cheese on them was not melted at all but after eating a fry I knew why , because the fries were cold not fresh like what Wendy's is supposed to be known for...the chicken nuggets I ordered were the same just like warm ...I didn't even get to eat all my food because I can't stand cold food especially cold fries, so I won't be returning to this location. Makes me want to call corporate.
We had to wait which considering the time of day and staffing it's ok. But I'm not sure if it's what my family ordered or it was the food or maybe just me but it smelled terrible.
One of the the Best deals with the 4 for $4 just like a Little Caesars $5 Pizza I don't know how they can afford it I'm sure glad they do!
I went though the drive in at 10:22Am to order lunch the said they are not serving lunch until 10:30 AM so told me to drive around and come back at 10:30AM and we could order lunch. I had done so and came back at 10:34 to order Lunch they had them said they are not serving lunch till 10:45AM. I mentioned they said to come back at 10:30AM they were not ready for lunch yet I was very disappointed I had said so I decided to order breakfast as I wasn’t going to wait any longer I ordered and they had it on the screen of what I ordered and then a man gets on the speaker and said what would you like to order I had said I just did. He then told me to come to the window so when I got to the window he said he was declining my service. This manager has no management skills at all what a shame He said his name was James
At 1:30 in the afternoon we were told that the chili wasn’t ready yet as though we should have known that!?!?! Most of the soda selections were “out” and the whole place could use a good cleaning or at the very least some maintenance.
