Pretty sad looking at the menu and my burger is not even close to what I ordered or my wife's burger. She ordered a number 9 and the burger looks like number 8 and I ordered number 8 and doesn't even look like it and the ceiling tiles are not even in place I asked on if my sandwich was right but yet nothing is close to the picture, no receipt for proof and lying to customers on what they ordered and got are correct and the employees says it is ha don't go to this Wendy's.
I went here tonight at 9pm. You all where closed even though your sign in the drive thru window says midnight. You either need to fix your signs or stay open. I will never go back to this Wendy's on East North St again. I have had continued problems with food not being made right. I have called several times just to be blown off. This place is dirty and the people are rude. It's not like you are the only one. I will just take my business elsewhere.
Their lobby is open until 7pm I believe don't quote me on that, but the drive thru runs all day and night obviously lol drive thru line can be a slow process at times but I know they see trying their best to make sure everyone's orders are fresh and right. I don't mind the wait. Keep up the good work!! This location has improved alot ?
What little line there was overflow but food was hot which covers up the other sin you always have to consider the current workforce I'll forgive fast-food being slow for it being hot.
Their Bourbon burger was off the chain! If for no other item I give them s perfect rating.
I seriously appreciate the employees working, therefore I will not pass judgment on them because of poor quality food Wendy's is serving. The chicken sandwich was truly rubber and the fries were cold. The staff was indeed a welcoming crew and all deserve a "thank you" for coming to work. I will rate this four stars only because of the staff!
Me and my wife pulled up to the drive-through and as we were waiting, “Keaton Donley” claiming to be a manager told me to leave the drive through. Super confused, I asked what the problem was? I was continually being told to “Shut up” and leave the drive through. Super unprofessional and horrible attitude. If this were my employee he would be gone the instant I saw him treat a customer the way he treated me and my wife today. Super sad to see a place that I once loved to go get tarnished by so called managers that treat customers like dirt. -Steve Allender
Looooong line, but they handled it well and as quickly a possible. Food was hot and correct.
Fast service for me alittle,good warm meal
Had bad service waited five minutes before they even took my order at the kiosk and then waited 10 minutes for my food so all-in-all I waited about 25 minutes fries were cold and the burger was barely warm
