From the moment I walked in the door, the environment was chaotic and unorganized. One member of the party has a health condition which was treated as a mere insignificance when the staff brought out the same dish made THREE separate times due to allergen contamination. The other person sat with cold bison on their plate while waiting over 40 minutes before the âcorrectâ dish came out with cold rice and sloppy presentation. A non present server and too crowded seating made for a lackluster anniversary meal. Itâs pathetic to pass yourself off as fine dining when you present slop on a plate.

We had reserved for 3, but wound up with six. The restaurant was very understanding and found a larger table for us promptly. The food choices and quality were great and the waiter was really marvelous. The wine list was not especially good, but there was one good, decently priced choice. More would have been better. All 6 of us enjoyed our food.
My sister came to visit and she wanted something nice and new for her last night in Rapi City. We made a reservation for 815 so that we could try the Indecisive Menu. Upon further investigation we saw that that option was not available after 8 so we reached out to the restaurant to see if we could arrive early. They were very accommodating getting us in almost a full hour before our reservation time. We did the five course set and everything was tasty. Of course we had our favorites but overall everything was very good and something I would recommend anyone who has the funds to give it a good with a few glasses of wine
We were extremely impressed with our meals at Tallyâs. The boar was amazing. My wife had the blasphemous pig and loved it. The combination of seasoning and ingredients are on point. You didnât need to think about asking for salt or pepper, cooked and seasoned to perfection. This is elevated cuisine and we are going back again before we head back home.
Vacation first stop Rapid City. Great place to visit with the family to see historic sights and the downtown is full of great shopping and of course Talleys

Excellent food. Sean was a great server. Only complaint was it was hot in the restaurant. But of course it was 102 outside!
The service is great and only surpassed by the culinary arts practiced by their chef. Great place all around.
One of the best date night spots in the Black Hills. Consistently delicious, with seasonal menu changes that do not disappoint. Weâll be back.
