They missed part of my order. By the way when I went in I got no apologies. The staff made another burrito and just handed it to me without comment. Not a positive interraction!
Actually they messed up my order and I called and talked to the manager and guess what came in the mail ☺️$20 free meal money thanks Taco John's that was a nice thing to do
Have always enjoyed Taco Johns but a little disappointed last time. I went to drive thru and told them I had coupon for 10 tacos for$10, they said fine and pull forward. We arriving at window I was told I could not use coupon because it was taco Tuesday and tacos were already discounted and said I could use coupon next time. I don't know if I will be back by the time the coupon expires and would like to know why I could not use coupon then for $1.90 savings . Guess they don't want to honor coupons.
Slow, but probably understaffed. The food had no salt and just tasted of grease. Mostly the potato oles. The cup of nacho cheese also had an odd flavor. It didn't taste like how it usually does (with that little kick to it). Had a runny texture. Just, not very good.
Taco Johns is my Husbands Favorite Fast Food. They wud get 5 stars IF they still had the Black Olives! Location was clean & staff was busy but friendly. Get the Black Olives back please! R u really saving that much money!?!?
Once again horrible. Ten dollar meal and it was only potatoes. Eggs? Sausage? Do not recommend this place to anyone that wants there money’s worth
Came thru the drive thru about 8:30 PM. I asked for EXTRA cheese and these guys ABSOLUTELY delivered. Very friendly, great people. 10 OUT OF 10!!! Would recommend.
Everything was made to order and delicious. I got the nachos and potato ole's, so good!
The service is amazing! Definitely the best Taco Johns in Rapid City. The food is always hot and they actually use real beef and cheese. Love this place!
Even though they were understaffed my order was right and it was hot I got to stop in to Taco John's every time in the area they have a great breakfast and the spices they put in their little tater tots is awesome I can't remember the right name they call them
