Make sure you check your bag to have all of your food when leaving the drive-thru
All of the staff was extremely polite and professional. The drive through line was long, but the staff was kind and calm during the rush. With such a great staff, it makes sense that the place was busy tonight.
Sorry to say my last experience wasn't all that good. I love TJ's. Makes me sad to give them a lower rating. No taco sauce and no napkins. I used the mobile app didn't save anytime. Show up at the pickup time still needed to wait for my food to be made. Behind the people in the drive thru.
Found hair sticking out of my breakfast burrito after taking a bite. Went to manager and showed her. Quote from her “that’s disgusting “. She got me a new burrito and a churro. How did I not get a free breakfast??I get good help is hard to find. The cashier had “the out of it stare”. The manager wasn’t much better.
Order is always wrong every time i come. Breakfast burrito combo was ruined this morning with a disgusting amount of salsa. Should have been no salsa with the cheese. Drive thru is super slow. Also bring back the full size churro and the chicken nuggets for the kids meal. Please don't make me go to Sonic.
All the stores in Rapid need to have this same layout. Big and clean. My burritos were actually made very well. It was great.
This Taco John's always seems to be busy. Behind the counter appears a little chaotic, but the staff is nice enough. Orders are usually prepared quickly, and the quality is decent. (It is certainly a step up from somewhere like Taco Bell.) One of my sons doesn't like potatoes much, but he loves the Potato Oles. Taco John's reminds me a little bit of another regional restaurant in the South, Taco Casa.
Taco John's is the best fast food restaurant in Rapid City SD. Fast service, friendly staff, and reasonable prices.
We love Taco John's. South Dakota local favorite.
