Was given the wrong meal and I didn't realize it untill I got home. So I called the store and the manager said she took my name and that the meal I originally ordered would be replaced next time I came through. So, I go through today and the "manager" (miserable human being) literally refuses to replace my meal, yells at me in the drive through, and shuts the window on me. I work in the food service industry and I know that this is 100% unacceptable. She should be fired. This location must be suffering financially BIG TIME because giving me the free meal I was promised by the other manager, would clearly put them under. Im appalled at how I was treated and Im honestly surprised that a person like that even has a job with them, let alone a managers position. Ordering a meat and potato from the drive thru which was listed as $4.29 the young man wanted to charge me $5.18. Sounds a bit high for the tax. He wouldn't come down on the tax so I passed. I'll go the the other Taco John from now on. 3:00 pm . 5/8/22
Ate there today for dinner and have spent over an hour puking my guts up tonight. Cannot recommend to someone else to eat here
No one inside, no one in Drive through, yet food took forever and was so messy it was inedible. No napkins either. Do better. Smh.
Horrible service, they messed up our drive thru order so had to go inside and order what was missed and they took an additional 15 mins for that. They weren't busy so I don't understand how it took that long. The girl was putting my order on a tray and I said it's to go and she stares and has an attitude still trying to place it on a tray. The lady I called and complained and she's just offered excuses, but once my boyfriend calls it must've tickled the lady because he got a free meal. Never going here again.
I can’t express how much I freaking hate this nasty place. I absolutely love spending $30 on food just to come home and realize that it’s not at all what I asked for. ? garbage!
Used to be my favorite place to eat but they keep changing their menu items and raising prices and now I remember why I hardly go there anymore... I miss the old style grilled beef burrito with the red sauce instead of ranch... And the crispy chicken instead of this mediocre fried chicken... And miss mexi rolls... Food quality is way down and prices are way up. Don't get me wrong... Still good food but getting tired of the changes impacting existing menu items.
It's definitely a taco johns. There is no denying that. Just another corporate Taco John's. The food feels a void and the staff as always at every Taco John's leaves a lot to be desired. But what do you expect from a fast food joint
Spent 37 dollars to get all the wrong food. And all food was made with hardly any meat or beans and no cheese on all items. Lady at the front sounds like she was annoyed with doing her job.
Most horrible experience ever!!! Cashier was rude and this was my burrito I ordered. I’ll never give my money to this Taco John’s ever!!!!
