Great place to go to cure that taco craving. I normally order via the app and then go pick it up, makes it much easier and it is ready when I get there. If I am running a little late, they keep my food in a warmer. Very efficient when picking up dinner on the way home from work.Edit 4/12/22Recently the attention to detail to each order has laps. I am always missing stuff or it is made incorrectly. If you order crunchy tacos they crush the shells so it is no longer a taco. I do not know who takes inventory, but lately they seem to be out of most things lately. There is a lot of room for improvement.
This location has, by far, the friendliest, most helpful employees of any fast food establishment in the area.
Will not be going back. About a month ago we went to the drive through about 15 minutes before close (I understand that’s cutting it close) and weren’t even allowed to order. There was 2 cars in front of us and the first one was there for at least 5 min making an order and kept changing it. The girl taking their order kept laughing and joking back and forth with them. Then the next car was just getting done ordering and the lights shut off. When it got to us the lady wouldn’t give us the time of day and informed us they closed. I tried explaining that we had waited in line before they even closed. I called to talk to the manager and she said that they can’t see how many cars are there unless they check the cameras. Wouldn’t they check the cameras before they closed to serve the people that waited?! This isn’t the first time I have had an experience like this here. The last time they were out of everything we tried to order so we went somewhere else any way. I thought I would give it another chance but never should have.
I work overnight shifts so I’m very limited for food options on my way to work. Order completely wrong, items paid for were missing and things not ordered were added. First time I’d ever ordered a Crunchwrap and it had absolutely no meat whatsoever on it. Got nothing but excuses from the “Assistant GM” that answered the phone. The worst part was my coworker had to go back 4 times for her order to be fixed. Corporate needs to shut this location down until they can hire and properly train enough staff to correctly run it.

Almost evertime i went there they were out of beef or other major staples for a restaurant. I've waited in line for over a half hour to have them turn off the lights on me and refuse to serve me or the other 10 to 15 cars that looped around the drive thru to the street because they had "just closed". I've called and talked to management and they never seem to care. So I got tired of driving there and having to leave because they were out of food or just didn't care about the customers. Now I go to the one like 2 miles farther from my house in Box Elder. I have never been dissatisfied with that one in the 2 months since I switched to it. I just moved from out of state, and I can say that that store has put me off from ever returning. I've been a restaurant manager for the last 11 years and I would never let one of my stores run the way that they think that they can. It's sad to see a corporation as big as Taco Bell drop the ball on a store like they did this one. I just hope that corporate comes randomly so they can get the same service that everyone seems to get from this store. Its a shame, this is the only taco bell that I've been to that I have actually been let down.
The food here is always good and correct. I’ve been to at least 100 different Taco Bell’s across the country and this one is definitely top 3. They’re definitely doing something right here.
More sauce in the bag then meat. Also my husbands burrito had more cheese than anything else and mine had more rice than anything else.... it was the SAME BURRITO! go to any other taco bell in rapid if you want meat in your taco. These people can't do their job at all.
I’ve always experienced great customer service at this location! The staff is super friendly and helpful!
The dining room was dirty. Broom left unattended and large soda spill on the floor. Food was great and staff were ok.
