Need to get some people who can read a screen and give you your food. If you don’t like people being rude then the workers need to treat customers the way they want to be treated. Went through drive through 2 times and still didn’t get all my food. Must be hard to read a screen in front of you. The drinks were filled half way, and looked like they just through my food in the bag
This location is hands down the worst Taco Bell in the area. I have worked doordash, and I would refuse to take a dash if it had to come through this location. Whether morning, afternoon or night you will be hard pressed to ever get help from staff, you'll never get your order right.. I've been to this location and sat in drive-thru for 10 minutes at 9:30 PM, just to pull up to the window and find out they're closing.. They're closing at 9:30... Why?
Great bacon breakfast burritos but the lobby was COLD. We were taken aback how cold it was and the only other customer also commented on the cold temperature.
Located in a convenient location, we love to grab a box of tacos and burritos for the long drive home. I like it more than TJ's, it's less greasey. ?
So everytime I come to this location they can never serve me. Came through one afternoon and they said "Welcome to Taco Bell unfortunately our computers are down and we can't take your order" while the other stores are working fine! Then tonight, we come through at 7:30 pm, lot is lit up and the inside of the store is lit up. "Welcome to Taco Bell unfortunately we're closed and can't serve you." WHY is the entire store and lot lit up if you're "closed"?? Management needs to get a handle on this nonsense.
He had another corporate fast food taco bell. Not much to be expected here food that will fill the void and staff that will leave you wanting more. If you expect your order to be right at this Taco Bell or in my experience any Taco Bell you better hold your breath
This Taco Bell is by far the cleanest, and fastest Taco Bell in Rapid City. It also is typically the least busy. I usually snag a meal from here on my way into or out of town, and have never had any issues. Also, they actually remember to give you salsa. Idk why the other taco Bell's in town always seem to forget salsa haha!!!
Have stopped here twice in the last 3 weeks and have not been able to get food either There system was down or they where closed during normal business hours. staff where standing outside each time.
Quit putting hot sauce on ever single item. Asked for chalupas and quesodilla. Literally not the spicy one and no hot sauce.
Really enjoyed my stale crunchrap tortilla shell that had almost nothing inside of it at all
