We came to get frozen yogurt and we tried the door but it was locked even though it was 12:30pm and the open sign was on and the time on the door said they were open at 11:30am and we waited for like an hour to see if the door would be unlocked but never was and we checked online to see maybe if they were just closed but it said open online too

My husband and I come here regularly and have always gotten a military discount. I was disappointed this time when we asked the young girl and she said “idk” and then when I proceeded to tell her we usually received it she gave me a dirty look and repeated the total back to us asking for our payment. All she had to say was she didn’t know how to do it and apologize, the attitude wasn’t necessary. Not to mention that when we walked in she was sitting on the counter playing on her phone..
I am the last person to leave a negative review but I was so disappointed. My fiancé is living up here and we thought it would be a fun date. We both agreed that we could have gotten better at the grocery store. He had sherbet and I had frozen yogurt. We didn't mind too much that it tasted terrible we were there for the experience. What did it for me was the cashier. I am non-confrontational and so I didn't say anything but she over charged us by $12. It wasn't till my fiance spoke up that we got our money back with no apology. Maybe this place just wasn't for me...
It was good but some of the fruit looked to be left over from last week maybe the lady working there just couldn't find the time to rotate. She had her shoe off and doing something with her feet when we went in. Not a very busy place.
