You know. You would think an online order would be easy to make. Ordered a sandwich with double cheese and double toasted and they didn’t put ANY cheese on it and didn’t even toast it a little bit. 3rd time this happed. Whoever owns this you need to talk to your people
I went here and the lady making my sandwich was super sweet, however there was another girl who came out and started taking the containers out with no gloves and it really grossed me out because I have in the past worked at a job like this and that would never be allowed considering allergies, sanitation ect. And when she couldn’t get the containers out attempted using her nails which was even worse. Nothing against the workers but the sanitation portion grossed me out. And that’s the biggest part when working in food.
Worst subway I've ever been to, the girl had a terrible attitude. It was so unwelcoming that my family and I told them we didn't want to continue with our order and left.
Great experience at this subway! First subway I’ve seen with a drive through!Friendly staff, clean environment and big shout out to Jeslyn. Hopefully that’s spelled right…As a truck driver it’s hard to get in and out of areas, this locations lobby was closed at 8pm, I made a phone call to the store to see if they were still open, because I called right at closing. Jeslyn was able to accommodate me even after the lobby was closed, and allowing me to order my sub in store, due to me having a larger truck and trailer. That’s what I call Customer Service!Lastly, my sub was made perfectly. It was a hefty and fulfilling. No complaints at all 5 stars from me⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
In town visiting for a few days. Hungry for a good sandwich, hey; Subway right down the road. Went through the drive thru (yeah didn't read reviews first), placed order for foot long meatball with veggies, sweet onion sauce; toasted Also a dozen cookies, half c chip, other half white chocolate macadamia. Waited at window a few minutes, got my drink. Checked out the inside, nothing but shelves and boxes (great dust magnets). No idea where food was prepped or how it looked. Staff not so friendly (two young kids). Finally got my order after about 10 minutes. Wished I checked it first before leaving. Several areas of the bread were blackened by toasting. No sweet onion sauce. Barely enough veggies (spinach, tomato, onion, peppers) to fill a tablespoon. Wrong cheese out on. The meatballs were not fresh by any means. They were either left over from previous day, or overheated as they were so dark. Received 12 white chocolate macadamia cookies stuffed in a salad container (they were broken). When I took them out to put in Ziploc; 80% broken. Several tasted old (wow, what a surprise), along with fresh. Ate a few bites of the sub, then tossed. Saved fresh cookies. Interesting that Subway advertises "New and Fresh". Apparently the word has not gotten out to all franchises; or their employees. What a shame as they used to be just about the best thing around. ?
Do not order through the online app. I have been charged twice and then still paid in cash because my order was never received. Do not expect any help by contacting them because they won't. I've spent $70 on two sandwich meals, awesome. Waiting for PayPal to figure it out because SubWay won't.
Tortilla in my wrap was hard. I'm pretty sure it had been left out for awhile. Staff was okay. No smiling, but that's pretty rare these days anyway. The girl's hair was hanging out all from under her hat so not very hygienic. The drink fountain had spilled drinks throughout the entire area. Not very impressed with this location.
Cold sandwich in the same bag as a toasted sandwich.. let’s have some common sense people, I know subway is hard but seriously.
Totally get messing up on one sandwich during training new people but this is horrible great job on ruining a sandwich a little child was so excited to be able to get never again disgusting!!
We were staying one night at the Best Western Plus and Subway was a short distance away for a quick meal before moving on. The staff was efficient and the sub was excellent.
