Door Dash switched my default subway from Mountain View to this one and I couldn't be more sad about it. Every order I get from this store is either wrong or super messy. Went from ordering subway a couple times a week to once a month because of this store, and I regret it every time.
They have a sign on their entrance door that says we request mask to be worn in their store which I always do but what kind of example are they showing when the employees don’t wear them. Wearing mask while handling food should be mandatory.
Stopped to eat lunch at this Subway as we were fueling up the car and before heading to some of the nearby attractions. Place was moderately busy, so there was longer line in which to wait. Pace moved slowly but steadily as they completed each customer's order. A couple minor hiccups with our orders, since the girl was being interrupted by other customers and/or employees, but everything ultimately worked out in the end. Food was good. Breads were fresh, and the toppings were in good shape. As with almost any Subway restaurant, we were each able to get what wanted on our individual sandwiches, so kids were happy with their results. Prices were very reasonable as well.

Made a lunch order for work (5 people) online at 12:15. Said it would be ready at 12:30. Get there at 12:30, guy looks at me and says they haven't even started it yet. Meanwhile, he and they other girl continue making orders for people just walking in. Guy started making it with no help from girl. I ask the girl, would it have been faster if I came in and ordered? Without an apology, she sighed and said, "ya, it would have been." I'm standing there waiting, watching people come and go, come and go. It was about 12:55 when I left. Not very happy and have a lot of people at work that wasn't too happy either.

Not the first time I have had a negative experience here. Cost me 5 bucks in atm fees to get cash because there credit card machine was down. They were friendly but not terribly apologetic about it, 15 dollar lunch.
Best service of any subway. Sharon is amazing!
