Honestly I am beyond words. We put in an order online for two very easily made sandwiches, two orders of cookies and drinks. When we picked it up the employees threw out our order receipt, "because we don't know how to make it". We did not get our cookies which we were still charged for. The employees nearly started a fire from dropping the sandwiches in their oven and they still managed to mess up making our order. Who ever is running this place needs a reality check and needs a manager on shift rather than two new employees who seemed to be more interested in getting high than doing their job and left to their own devices.
I went in for a online order and they threw out my receipt because they didn't know how to make the sandwiches I ordered. I had to tell them how to do their job and proceeded to burn my sandwich and under cook the other Sandwich. They almost set the place on fire and they were both new and had no management. They didn't even know how to give me a refund. The food was not fresh at all and It is the worst subway I have ever been too and has tainted subway for me forever...
My mother needed to go shopping. So I bought a 6 inch 9 grain turkey/with American cheese meal deal. Anyways. The cheese was sour. He did offer me a new sandwich. No cheese. It was the cheese.
Literally rotting food out, extremely rude worker, flies everywhere, mutilated everything on the sandwich and complained to her coworker the whole time about having a bad morning. Take that attitude somewhere else and stop taking it out on everyone else.
This subway located inside walmart has a pleasant seating area, pleasant employees, and good portions. Would stop again and would recommend.
The staff was so rude today April 17 2021,and argued with the customer at the check out, refused to serve the Asian and throws the food to garbage can.
Love their sandwiches..
