First time I came was great! The guy with the pony tail made my sandwich so well…second time there were two workers possibly under the influence, making my sandwich…one customer left out which I should’ve done the same. very incompetent… worst subway experience ever…my sandwich was terrible..Ppl should stop hiring just anybody …work ethic really matters..
Called to make an online order, whoever Greg is has a horrible attitude. I was very cool about having to wait because they were already helping somebody in the store, but when I gave him my order he seemed like I was rushing him, and when I asked if he was ready for the veggies on the sandwich he said I guess. And at the end when I said that’s gonna be all for my order he said OK bye. Super strange, whole crew definitely needs a rundown on customer handling. I go here because it’s close to my house and I always tip well because I worked at Subway for four years so I get it but that was mind blowing
Great place, good food.Only seemed to be one person working.But she was fast, friendly and accurate. Got the line handled in no time.She needs a pay raise.I recommend this place.

I literally never get upset at customer service workers but I can't explain how awful this young man was. My sandwich was practically thrown into the bag.see pic below. Also didn't not read instructions,put tomatoes and pickles on my kids sandwich and she cannot stand them, we put instructions on the order to watch out for the sandwich without tomatoes. The young man didn't listen to my complaint, interrupted me and told me I was childish and he doesn't get paid enough money to deal with this. Also kept blaming the kid that was already there. It was an online order that was clearly too complicated for this establishment, because this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order.
Ordered through subways website. Ordered a sandwich, chips, and a drink. Only the sandwich was delivered. Called and the girl that answered told me that I have to dispute the charges through the doordash app, but that's not possible since I ordered on subways website. So they just get to keep my money apparently, this was definitely the last strike for Subway .
On Feb 20, 2022, used the app to order a breakfast item and because they didn’t have eggs, the staff wouldn’t refund my money. I contacted subway via the website. I still haven’t received a refund. I don’t think this is fair or right for a business to take my money and not return it.
I ordered an Italian bmt with cucumbers, spinach, green peppers, and subway vinaigrette. All I got was an Italian bmt. Very disappointing.

Extremely slow service. Cared more about talking with coworkers then serving customers. Bread was gard. Womens bathroom door would not lock.
