They need to fix their toaster or something cause the outside was toasted but the inside was cold. This seems to be a common issue among all the subways in Rapid besides the one at Walmart.EDIT:Went to the new location and it seems like their toaster finally works. Sandwich tasted great. Chicken bacon ranch melt was perfect.
Very slow service with only one employee at the counter while the second one didn’t help at all.

I eat @ this Subway often. The service is always excellent. The employees are so friendly. The subs are the Best.
Great sandwiches... but be careful asking for extra mayo... you may get more than u bargained for.

I ordered a cold cut combo curbside online at the LaCross address. I picked it up, got home and opened it up and the lettuce was left off. Called store, mgr left 20 min ago and to call back in the morning. Emailed Subway & complaint went to mgr who emailed back that night & said she’d talked to her employees. How could she if she wasn’t in the store? I won’t go there again. She didn’t care my order was wrong.

Tried their new steak and cheese (add bacon) protein bowl . AMAZING...Didn't get her name but there was a (supervisors I believe) she had shaved and multi colored hair she had amazing customer service skills ...
Service was good. Forgot to make one sandwich a meal as requested, but the customer service was great. Very friendly and clean
