I went there 5/14 during the lunch hour, 1st the 2 young ladies working there were amazing very nice and told my daughter how pretty she was. They were very patient w us since we had 2 smalls kids w us. As my sandwich was being made what I'm guessing was the manager came by and started digging into my sandwich tearing it apart and yelled at the girl for putting 2 extra pieces of meat on my sandwich ripping them off the sandwich and throwing them back in the piles then literally just thew my sandwich back together. I know the rules are only 3 pieces of meat but to do that I front of a customer so rudely was not okay treat your employees better!
Travis always makes the best sandwiches, always uses fresh produce and has great customer service, loving going to the Mountain view subway
My sandwich was a Flatbread brkfst with bacon and egg. Had some honey mustard on there and the whole thing was just deliciously put together. Combination was great! Thank you guys!
Super not happy with this place right now. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. Fine. Whatever. Everyone is short staffed I get that. I wasn't in a rush. BUT then I ordered a spicy Italian chopped salad and they didn't put the pepperoni or salami on it! And no fork so I couldn't even eat it! Plus it was so so small compared to other salads I've eaten there before. Like barely a handful of toppings and salad combined. Worst, smallest $9 salad I've ever had. I will never go back here. ?
The Worst Subway in Rapid City. I understand there is a worker shortage but if the employees you hire can't take a little pride in the product they are putting out then it's time to think about just shutting this location down.

It was...ok. Staff didn't really seem like they wanted to be there, but I suppose everyone has days like that.
E. At Patrick location… the worst, just terrible. One staff member coughing and spluttering and the other didn’t even look at me, say hello or have any other acknowledgment that I was even there other than “What do you want?”. Sandwich was torn and thrown around. I think it’s highly unlikely that this or any other review will be read or remedied by the owners.
