The lady working the drive-thru was pretty rude and unfriendly. We had no complaints about our drinks or anything, she just seemed annoyed by everything. We've been here before but are road-tripping through with family this time and my family also in the drive thru right behind us felt the same: decent drinks, rude and unfriendly service for no reason except that we existed and had the audacity to bother them with a drive thru order. Next time we're in town we'll choose a local coffee place.

Worst experience. After sitting in the long drive through line they messed up our order. Not the end of the world so we went inside to have it fixed. Waited in the long line inside. The cashier instantly said oh yeah so sorry I will have it remade. After remade they served it wrong again. Then when I stated it didn’t look like it normally did they just stared at me. Another barista says “I think that you didn’t add ….”. They stared at me some more. As if I was wrong. I asked for a refund. Again it wouldn’t have been the end of the world. I would have taken my refund and just not returned to this location. EXCEPT…they screamed out at me and my 10 year old daughter in the most sarcastic way to “have a great day”. The entire store then turns and looks at us. I was never rude. I never made it a big deal. You belittled me for not accepting a product that I paid for that wasn’t right. For the employees that are going to read this, in case your are wondering, we had an incredibly difficult morning as a family. I was trying to treat my daughter for the hard morning she had with her autistic brother. Sometimes it’s more about the customer and the way you treat them than the product you serve. I won’t be returning to this location and did call to speak with the company itself. It’s not always about the product. You could have treated us better.

This hell place. Don’t even waste ur time. Management is terrible. They don’t even listen to employees about work place issues, so they definitely won’t care about anything a customer has to say either. Their there to collect a check that’s it. I’d recommend going to a local shop! Better people and better coffee, better experience overall. Plus You won’t have to put up with an attitude from employees. Also half the time the inside is closed so why waste the trip when black hills blends is around? Save ur gas babes (: xoxo- sunshine ? ??

i ordered through the app today, and when we came it was obvious they were super slammed. the drive thru line was almost out into the road, the parking lot was packed, and the inside was full of customers. the baristas were working as fast and as hard as they could. i waited in line on the inside because there was a mistake with my order (which is understandable given how busy they were). there was a lady ahead of me complaining and being rude to the baristas because her order wasn’t out yet, but it was obvious that they were so busy and were doing their best to keep up with mobile orders, drive thru, and in-person all at once. to me it is understandable if it takes longer for orders to come. i guess i am writing this review because i want the baristas and employees to know that they’re appreciated and doing a great job!! thanks for working so hard :) my coffee was delicious, and this is one of my favorite locations because the employees are so cheerful and friendly even when they’re under stress!! they deserve a raise!!

Wonderful service and quality drink! If you’re in need of a hot and tasty beverage, Starbucks is the place!

The drive thru is long but fast. Staff is very nice. The drinks are made perfect.

Was disappointed the lobby was closed but noticed there was only like 3 workers so I understand. It was really busy so drive thru was a long wait (like 20 minutes) but was worth it since I had the time. The girl on drive took time to talk to me about my day which has never happened to me before. Plus My girl enjoyed this trip as well <3

The SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to ??‍♀️ I keep trying them (10 times) because of their super convenient location but they take FOREVER!!!! I have also received the wrong drink order 3 times & twice my coffee had tasted burnt… I don’t know how management hasn’t shaken things up in the past two years. I was hoping after their renovations were completed they’re be better but they’re not ???‍♀️

When you are far from Texas and need a warm drink this is the place to go.

CONSISTENTLY THE SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVER. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes in the drive thru, not because its busy but because the staff is that slow. Not sure why but this location has been this way for two years.
