My daughter and I went in to use the bathroom at this location today. While the bathrooms were clean, when we walked out and waited in line, we were not greeted and come to think of it we were not greeted when we walked through the doors. After being looked at by three of the six employees working, one employee said to another, “you have the front”. I was not greeted by her after she said that and obviously saw me and did not say hello to me or my daughter. These are fundamental things that consumers expect when entering an establishment with hopes to consumer their products. There was no one in the drive through either. We won’t be returning.

All the staff we’re super friendly! I went there the other day and I bough a reusable cup, I got home and unfortunately it was cracked. I called the next day to see if I could exchange it and the staff leader Heather (I think was her name) was so friendly on the phone, she said she remembered me and she would honor it so she let me get a new one! I was so thankful!! That’s such great customer service, I really appreciated it. Definitely 5 stars

Excellent experience!!! The staff was AWESOME!!! The store is extremely clean.Will I go there again? Absolutely! I HIGHLY recommend this store!!!!!

More recently, the am service is not good. We hit this Starbucks at least once a week and every time the gal that takes our order has such an attitude that it makes me want to go to the coffee spot down the street.

So far I’m not a fan. I call the day before with a credit card to order 12-14 drinks in advance. This is not only guaranteed business, but will allow me not to slow down the store given you can anticipate the order. Virtually any Starbucks I’ve ever dealt with accepts an electronic order. The staff wants me to enter into the app or just show up with the order. I could spend an hour entering these drinks in the app., given it wasn’t built for 14 drink orders with specialty add-ons etc. Or inconvenience everyone. Ok that’s what I’ll do.

Lobby was closed, but the store was still accepting mobile orders. Please, disable your “order ahead” option if you close the lobby.

They have a sign that says drive thru only so when I made my online order I was under the impression I had to wait in line via drive thru to pick it up at the window. While I waited in line for 20 minutes while my cold foam melted into my drink, I saw a boat load of people walking into the building and coming out with their drinks! So when I got the the window, I asked the woman at the window if online orders could be picked up inside.. to which she said “yeah.” ??? Then why have a sign that says indoor closed drive thru only?? And that’s exactly what I asked her, to which she huffed and puffed. I’ve ordered 2 drinks from there since then and have picked them up in store, I know for a fact they used decaffeinated coffee, they also NEVER give me my extra cold foam and it’s never frothed enough to be actual foam. So, I pay for extra cold foam to never get extra. I’ll never be back.

Friendly staff . Accurate making orders

In a time when so many businesses AND WORKERS are struggling, it was AWESOME this morning to be in a place where the workers were singing and having fun while quickly working to serve their customers! Friendly, fun, fast service - even some of the customers joined in singing! Thank you for the bright morning! And our drinks were spot on!
