Terrible customer service! I ordered a venti sized coffee and when the barista handed me my drink it was a grande size. I asked what the drink was to confirm it was my ordered and politely informed her it was the wrong size. The barista aggressively threw my cup into the sink then remade the drink in a larger cup. The cup wasn’t even filled to the top and was pretty much all milk with hardly any coffee and no flavoring. I should’ve made them fix it again but didn’t want to deal with the rude barista again.
Usually when I go to this starbucks they are really fast and everything is perfectly fine. But this time they took 30minutes to give me my things (when it wasn’t that busy) and when I got the drink there was a hair in it…
The girls here are always rude and never make the drinks right. Won’t be coming back
Good coffee. But tried to use my gift card today and was told it was not activated and had no money on it. Checked with the giver of the card and they were shocked. Later found out that AJ Starbucks does not take SB gift cards!? No one at the coffee counter said anything , and they sell gift cards right there. Will have to go elsewhere, I guess.
terrible covid policy. very sad employees are fired for not getting the jab! very sad Starbucks that employees lose their career because of your mandate
We have been here twice in two weeks, the young girls were Sweet both times, but it’s very obvious the supervisors are setting those girls up for failure. Pretty sad to watch. Good drinks both times though
Super fast service
We came there to get some croissants and brownies but they were out of almost everything. We took 1 last chocolate croissant and 1 last plain croissant ?♀️
The staff are so sweet!!! They loved my costume!! But why arnt you open by 6am!
May have been short staffed. Coffee was typical Starbucks.
