Dear sonic,I ordered a foot long chili dog. And guess how many inches are supposed to be in a foot. 12! Do you you wanna know how long my chili dog was? 11 1/2 inches. NOT 12! ?. My kids are going to starve now. We ALL have to split a foot long chili dog. AND! THERE WAS NO MARINARA SAUCE! MY 2 year old drinks that marinara sauce. Now he’s dehydrated and dying because of you. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.
We went later at night 9 oclock roughly. We were the only customers in line. I felt like it was slower service than what I expected. Burgers were amazing though. My first trip to sonic and it was goooood. Frys were just ok, not great. Burgers were good though. I would go back.
Everytime I come here it’s always such rude customer service and rude girls. Never fails they need better management to take care of the rudeness they give it’s horrible and makes the company look bad. Do better. If you don’t like customer service or LACK customer service your in the wrong job.
Excellent Cheeseburger! We shopped in for a quick Lunch & we were happy we did. Burgers were GOOD hot & fresh.Service was fast & friendly.
Our server was nice even though we were ordering in the middle of the night right before close, the food was prepared pretty quickly and brought out to us. The food was satisfactory and there were no order mistakes, it was also reasonably priced for what we ordered. It was within walking distance of our hotel as well. I recommend this location for a nice bite to eat.
The quality of the service was outstanding compared to other fast food restaurants. We pulled up ordered our food and 5 minutes later a server brought it out to the car. The staff was polite, when we asked for marinara sauce it was brought out immediately. They didn't mess up our order when we asked for things to be left off which I find to be a big problem among fast food. This is the experience I have everytime I come here.
Appreciate all the hard work you all put in day in and day out. If only people could understand that the whole world is short staffed and that being kind does not cost them anything m, that would be amazing. Love the friendly faces and friendly attitude even though times can be stressful. Keep up the good work Sonic staff!! We see you and appreciate you! Thank you!!
We had 4 of the hamburger specials plus tater tots and a chili cheese frito special. All was good but we requested ketchup and didn't get it. Since we were cleaning out our deceased mother's house we didn't have any.
Love buying sonic blasts and milkshakes here, but the girls making my shakes were chewing bubble gum right above it. Won't be coming back here again ?
Good food, but excellent customer service. I feel bad for not being able to tip. Corporate doesn't allow tips.
