We waited in a stall for about 15 minutes with the button pushed and no answer. We got in the drive through line and ordered food and when we got to the window to get our food we told them that we had waited and no one had answered the button and the kid mouthed off at us stating "there's only five of us working and the drive through has cars! We're not going to answer a button when we have a packed drive through! We are too busy as you can see!" There were a total of 5 cars that went through the drive through while we sat there. Avoid this location!
Tonight I tried Sonic again, when it first opened it was quality food prepare to perfection sadly it has been in a steady decline my last 6 tries have been poor. The time before this my bun was so dried out it could have been setting out on the counter for days. But to night the burger patties were so over cooked that you could have used them for hockey pucks. Spent $35 just to come home and through it in the trash. They really need a manager to over see the food. When it first opened it was packed every day it could be again but it needs to be put back on track. Someone needs to care went. From packed to 1 or 2 cars and you still have to wait.
I sent hubby here the other night to get me a double patty melt. After a few bites I could tell how dry it was. No ketchup or mayo as requested. I mean I still ate it bc let's be honest, you don't take food from a pregnant lady. It was good but definitely would have been better with the condiments requested. Just something to bear in mind for future reference
Can't always use the drive-ups because of staff shortages. Food is always consistent and the staff is nice.

It was Sonic. Nice people, good food.They do have an issue with any customization, though. I've not gotten a sandwich yet that was correct. So if you have allergies, I'd take caution.
Well today I order a #4 for my wife and a #2 for myself w/o onions and pickles. But what I get is a #1 with onions and pickles. This not the first time that they have gotten my order wrong. There is a reason why I can't have onions, I am allergic to them, thanks goodness I noticed them before I started eating it.
Do something with the onion rings no flavor what so ever. Not impressed with their food. Maybe the frozen drinks are the best purchases?
Honour was very rude and uninterested in customer service. Ended up hearing her talking about us after ordering.
We ordered medium combos, the fries were smalls and only 2/3 full. The chicken sandwiches were small and dry. To top it all off she short changed us by $3.00. We did not know any of this until we opened the bag at home. Definitely not recommended and will not return.
