Waited 20 minutes in the line. Wanted one simple Route 66 44 oz. Cherry Limeade. After waiting we drove over to a stall, and they straight up denied us service, even though there were four other calls receiving stall orders. How can a company founded on making orders to a stall not deliver due to short staffing?Coming from Oklahoma, this establishment is an embarrassment to the company image. "Service at the speed of sound." More like "No service due to short staffing, and we won't take your order."
3rd time there and each time the chicken sandwich made my stomach awful, like raw chicken. I have loved Sonic throughout the country, but I will not eat any here anymore.
Was not happy that cashier attempted to short 5.00 in change. Thought I was to busy on phone and distracted. Wrong! Now know why he had such a big smile on his face. Not good at all. Returned to the entry door. I think the young lady who answered the door was in on it to. All she did was smile and laugh. Being in customer service, I clearly could see it was a scam going on. Buyer beware, check your receipt and change coming back. This pertains to the Sonic on North Street.
The food and quality is okay, it's a little over priced. However, the ice cream and drinks make it all worth going. Especially for how cheap they are during happy hour
The employee's do not know how to count change, nor do they seem to use the computers at their disposal to tell them how much change to give back. My order was $8.27. I gave him $20.02. I got $11.71 back in change. ??♀️ The popcorn chicken was barely warm and over cooked. Clearly old and sitting there awhile. I did not receive napkins or a straw for my drink. I do not recommend.
Wow what a joke. So I got a gift card from sonic and when I went I tried to pay with my gift card and it didn't work. They said their system was having issues. Made me pay with personal cash instead if being able to cancel my order. I did not have sufficient money to do so they should have told me before that gift cards don't work. By the time I had paid for it the food was cold. What a joke
The food was okay but they did not accept my gift card that I got for Christmas. Fix this and I will give you a higher rating.
Perfect place to go in the summer heat, Sonic is a great place to go for many cold drinks and fast food. Some of my favorite drinks include mango slush, ocean water slush, and cheesecake shakes. This location wasn’t the fasted i’ve been to, but they offered good service.Tip: check out their online menu to save time in line.
Great food and service i go there in the morning for a buger between 9 or 10 and even when they are serving breakfast they tell me it will be a 8 min wait and i get a delicious burger and on my way
