The chicken fried steak was horrible. It was over cooked & very tough. The mashed potatoes & white gravy were excellent. This isn't a fast food restaurant & I expected a better quality of cooking from them. I went there @ 1:40pm on a Fri afternoon. They were extremely busy but that shouldn't be an excuse for sending me home with a meal I couldn't eat. Very disappointed.
Amazing service. Came here with my dad to play cards and eat food and it exceeded my expectations. Simply delicious. Wonderful staff!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kaysie our server was AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make our experience was great. Our food was outstanding! Our 11 year old loved her steak and homemade ranch for her fries! Our 14 year old ate all her meal as well. My fish was cooked perfect. She brought our check back and thanked my husband by name and left us a note. Thanks Matt and beauties! Wonderful experience!!!
A great place for the family, first date or just by yourself! Great choices to be had but I was in the mood for some shrimp. Tonight I ordered the Shrimp Platter sautéed with baked potato and veggies. The shrimp was plump and full of flavor. The potato cooked just right and the vegetables were good as well. For dessert I tried their Chocolate Fantasy. It could be split for two but is enough for one. Great atmosphere. The price for the amount of food was reasonable. As you can see from the menu they offer a wide range of foods!
Came through Rapid City with a group of 25 people. I called about 30 minutes out asking if they could accommodate us. Not only did they do so, I feel they went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. This included one of our party who has a severe gluten allergy. On our trip, we had some pretty sketchy experiences with restaurants claiming to be able to handle severe gluten allergies, only to find out they really did not, and that person had to find other meal options. Not here though - Tim not only knew the menu front and back to explain various food options, but he also took time to explain the process of how they were going to ensure no contamination would take place. At the end - this place delivered. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. The next time I come through Rapid City, this will be a must stop. Thank you Shooters, you are setting the bar high.
We dinned at Shooters 4 times over a 2 week period. We had anywhere from 5 to 9 in our party. 3 times Alex was our server and those three visits were absolutely awesome. Unfortunately the last evening we went Monday June 20th 2022 Alex was off for the night. I did not get the servers name but she definitely should find something else to do. She acted like we were a bother to her. She didn’t want to be there. Out of nine plates delivered only 2 were correct. Mine dinner was missing the baked potato because it have been given to someone else. She replaced the missing baked potato with a cold non-loaded one. A colleague of mine didn’t get her French fries and was afraid to ask for them out of fear of someone spitting on them.5 stars Alex.Sorry all it takes is one person to change a review. 1 out 4 would not recommend.Unless you ask for Alex.UPDATE:After speaking with Jermey, he informed me the server in question has since been removed and her employment status changed. He was very cordial and forth coming as well as understanding the repercussions of someone such as this on a business. He offer a gift card but was declined as this is 6 hours away from me. We will be back and definitely will continue to eat here.
Server Cym acted like she didn’t want to be there. She was slow, not attentive, didn’t see if steak was cooked properly and either she forgot our food was ready or cooks didn’t let her know but food was barely warm. Flavor was good just needed to be hot. Good thing we are just passing through because we wouldn’t try this place again
Took way to long for our meal. Reservations took 45min to be seated. Rated two stars because the waiter covered for the cook and gave out free soup to everyone due to the long wait. Only had the same channel running on every tv in the restaurant. I don't like sports that much.
Best restaurant on the West Side. We go here because its conveniently located. The rib tips and chislic are great, so are the burgers
Did a lunch mid week. Not crowded, cool and good service. Food was AMAZING. Creamy Artichoke dip was really good and we loved the fried pita points it came with - so good! I had the Bourbon Bacon Cheddar burger and I think it is the best burger I have every had. I can't even describe it. My husband got the Burn Out Burger and loved it as well. Our son got the cheese quesadilla and orange slices and ate every bit of both. Overall GREAT experience!
