Great coffee and a good price. The employees are always nice
On top of the already overpriced, mediocre coffee, they leave 20% of your cup empty (see pic of untouched drinks). Only the left two drinks are light ice and the right was supposed to be regular. When I mentioned it they didn’t offer to fill the cup up any more. No customer service
Excellent service and the best iced coconut mocha I’ve ever had!! The POS main machine was down- so the staff let me know it would take a few extra minutes to get my 5 drink order put together. In LESS time than I’ve ever waited at a Starbucks, they had the whole drink order ready, confirmed that two were decaf AND apologized for the wait (which was barely noticeable!) they were friendly, efficient and obviously a smooth, well functioning team. I live in MN, but if I come back to RCity- I’ll be sure to make another stop!
Scooters has great coffee, lattes, chai tea, and cinnamon rolls! Always friendly too!
I'd never been to a Scooter's. The employees were super friendly and the Americano was great. I take my coffee black, so there's no hiding bad coffee and theirs was smooth at every temperature.
Scooters is our favorite coffee chain! It is always refreshing how clean and friendly scooters staff are when you stop. Also, regardless of how you’re coming into Rapid City (South/North/East/West) a clean bathroom is crazy hard to find. Thank you for always being a brand I can count on for great coffee and clean facilities!
My kids love it!! Coffees are on the sweet side. But they love giving the puppy a doggie cup of cream
Scooters has the best drinks ever, We go there 2-3 times a week, The service is always great and the drinks are always correct, much better than starbucks!!
I love Scooter more coffee than sugar half the time and that's what I like. Line moves quick, you get nice service.
It'll probably be awhile before I get to have Scooters again, as we've moved away. However our Caramelicious Blenders were fantastic, and always good. Will definitely return, when we are back that way.
