Ordered enchiladas and they were dry no sauce, beef tasted funny in the tacos I ordered as well. I think the Rice was boiled instead of toasted. I’m from south texas and this was not Mexican food unfortunately.
Great food and friendly staff. I had the 3 amigos (guacamole, salsa and queso Blanco with chips) and carnita tacos. It was all really good.
I paid $14 for a side of beans n rice with Salsa because I asked for tomatillo salsa. I asked for green chili stew. Worst customer service no apology very expensive small serving of rice/beans with tortillas. Took 30 minutes. Not recommended at all.
Great hole-in-the-wall for tacos. Had carnitas tacos n barbacoa plate. Very tasty.
Very very good food. We ordered online and it was ready twenty mins later. A good amount of food for a good price. I'm glad we tried this place, I look forward to ordering again in the future!!
First time for take out. Ordered barbacoa, got something that was more like Chili Colorado with chunks of meat in a red sauce and half the sauce spilled out of the styrofoam container into the bag. Barbacoa is supposed to be smoked shredded beef. Side order was completely missing. Tip if you order take out check to make sure you have what you actually paid for.
We have gone several times but won't be anymore. They neglected to include part of my takeout order-- which, in itself, is not a huge deal, but when I called just to have that item refunded, they balked, told me I could get the food the next day (what??) or drive back across town to get a cash refund (I paid with a credit card). When I insisted on being refunded on my credit card, the person reluctantly said she would try to talk the manager into it and later agreed to it, but there was never any refund to my card. Honestly, it was a baffling experience. I have no idea why keeping $8 of mine for food they never served me is more important to them than their customer.
We went to Sabor April 30th. Our server was absolutely fantastic and so was the food. I ordered the Barbacoa, relleno and a Tecate- great portions and flavor. We will definitely be back!
Best Mexican food in Rapid, although there is not a lot of competition. They're probably the only one who doesn't compensate for a lack of flavor with shredded cheese.
