We purchased an entree that we thought was 8.99 but we were charged 15. Would not have gotten that entree (like 7 chicken wings, nothing else with it) if we knew it was $15. The salad bar and customer service was good, just wish the price was more clear on the menu. We even double checked the page we ordered from after seeing the bill and it did not have a price with the entree, just said 8.99 and up on the page.

Couldn't figure out why the gentleman sitting next to me was ordering everything on the menu tasting it and critiquing every dish to the general manager and he turned out to be the owner of the chain! Now that's hands on quality control in my opinion. We had a great conversation he even bought me a beer. The service was great as was the food. Place was immaculate even the bathroom and that's important to me. I'm not much into chain restaurants but I will definitely be back. Was nice to see an owner that cares that much and it shows.

Decided to give this place a try, overall experience was dreadful. We waited close to an hour for our meals.Smokehouse burger was over cooked and I ordered it medium. Entirely too much bbq sauce to top it off. I added the salad bar as well which was disappointing and was out of just about everything, how can you claim to have an incredible salad bar but be missing 3/4 of what you offer in it?My wife got the salmon and it was better than the burger but still decent. Our server decided to give us some “free” sweet potato fries due to the wait, but on our final bill it rang up at $6 for them!! Instead of taking it off our bill they gave us a $10 gift card instead and called it a day. My wife and I were both over it due to the long wait for our meals and the bad service/food and salad bar we decided to just accept and leave. Definitely will not be back

Where do you go on a Tuesday afternoon, Ruby Tuesday... ok been years thought I give it a try.. friendly staff, clean table, menu's had a lot of choices.. I made a fast dash to the Salad bar WOW !!! This looks so good I should have picked this over the hamburger.Just want to shout out Happy Tuesday.

So my children and I go here quite frequently. I always get the burger of the month that comes with salad bar. Always amazing. My daughter wanted a root beer float, the server told me ok but it’s 2.99 per scoop of ice cream, I said ok, but then walked away never asked me how many scoops. Big mistake so apparently she decided we needed 3 scoops of ice cream and charged me for the root beer so roughly a $15 root beer float ridiculous.

This was an okay visit. The hostess was welcoming and got us to a table quickly. Our waitress seemed like we were an inconvenience. She was waiting on more tables and was slightly overwhelmed. We had one burger that was undercooked, but the rest of the food was very good and cooked to perfection. We learned they are discontinuing the turkey burger.☹ Overall, this was just an average visit with some hiccups.

Good food excellent service. My adult son is autistic, eating out can at times be challenging. Our server Robert provided top notch service that assisted in making our experience out to eat stress free and enjoyable. Thank You

I ordered takeout with DoorDash and I got the food ahead of schedule and my meal was excellent the chicken tenders were as advertised. The cheesecake was not so good and was at room temp. I prefer my cheesecake colder.

My good friend John here in Rapid City, South Dakota have in recent months enjoyed our occasional visits to the local location. Today, we had James as our server, and he did an outstanding job, albeit above board today compared to our previous visits. James was exceptional in tending to us old grumps, keeping things light and our moods on the upswing. So, we highly recommend dining at Ruby Tuesday, especially if you're fortunate enough to get such a top-notch waiter as James.

My mash potatoes were cool. My ribs were good so I stripped them of the bones so I could eat them on the way home to Minnesota from South Dakota. That was 3 days later. On my way home I began eating my ribs. I have no teeth so they were easy to eat. I had eaten a couple of pieces when I felt something in my mouth. I thought it was a piece of fat. It wasn't. I kept pulling on it and it was about 12 inches long. It was a piece of hair. No it was not mine for I have short hair and my beard is not long enough. I will never eat at a Ruby Tuesday again. When I pulled it out of my mouth my nephews son watched me do this and I almost threw up.
