Food was delicious. The service was awesome. She was very attentive. I been to Red Lobster several times. I been satisfied time.
If you love seafood, especially shellfish, it is the place to go. It was our 45th Anniversary.

We went so I could get the Lobster Lover's Dream & my husband could get the Mon night special, all you can eat Shrimp. We had wonderful meals & fantastic service.

Quinton was our server. It was Feb 18, 2022. 1:07 PM. Hubs doesn't like fish so we go to Red Lob VERY infrequently. I had the full lunch salmon meal with baked potato, brocolli, and their wonderful cheese biscuits. It was enough for another meal later. Hubs had their new menu item (new to us) of chicken tenders, fries, and 2 sides. All was good. The restaurant wasn't full so it wasn't noisy. We got a booth and I had a strawberry daquari and hubs had beer. We had told Quinton it was my birthday but we did NOT want the "birthday singing". He informed me that "because of CoVid.....blah blah blah, no singing. Good. Anyway at lunch's end I asked about a complementary dessert. (yes, I had to ask) He said they give a sundae. I asked if there was anything else and he said no. (I am lactose intolerant.) I was a little put off my that. We're spending $50 for a meal and they could have substituted it for something else. Oh well, maybe come back on another birthday. NOTE: NO ONE influences how I review.
For the price of the dishes, they are actually pretty plain and tasteless. I understand that Red Lobster is a chain restaurant and it is in South Dakota, which is pretty far from any ocean, but I feel like very little effort is put into the flavor. The table I sat at was dirty from the previous group and the atmosphere was dull and forgettable. The service was good and the staff was friendly and attentive however.
Great experience! Extremely friendly hostess and our server Jaden gave us perfect service.Crab legs were perfectly cooked, the salmon New Orleans was delicious, great cocktails, and the cheesecake was fantastic. The lobster tail was over cooked, but everything else made up for it.
The food was great, waitress was very kind, but we never got drink refills. So I drank about 1/2 my water before we got our food, and ran out of water while eating. She didn't come back until we were done and she gave us our bill.
