I used to come to Qdoba with a glint in my eyes. Today, I step in and leave with a Stark sour taste as I don't find their food as good anymore. Too much rice not enough meat.Hold on to dreamsFor if dreams dieLife is a broken-wonged birdThat cannot fly.
I had high hopes. Normally Qdoba is delish. But I was incredibly let down. The rice was over cooked and watery. The bean were scooped into my bowl with a spoon without holes, so a bunch of water got into it. The guacamole was bad. Like sour and watery, which is disgusting. I got a large chips and queso…. And it was watery. Someone added WAY too much cream or whatever they mix it with. The taste of everything was absolutely disgusting. I’m glad I didn’t get any meat on my bowl. I probably would have gotten sick from it.Food as an expiration date. Don’t sell it to people if it’s bad.I am completely unsatisfied.I’ll never come back to this location again.Don’t waste your money.(It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I’m a chef and have a huge passion for food. I know good food when I taste it.)
QDoba catered a party I went to last week. While the person set up our food, the rest of the party goers were downstairs in a other room, leaving the Qdoba employee by himself. My wallet happened to be on a side table, and the employee stole it while we were all in a other room. The next day when I figured it out, we called Qdoba and then the employee dumped my wallet because he knew he had been discovered. When I called and talked to the Manager he did not offer his apologies or offer to give me anything. I only lost $5, but it was a huge headache to cancel all my credit cards. I wanted the Manager to know so perhaps he could watch this employee. I would not let Qdoba cater anything for me ever again. The Manager didn't seem to care at all when I called.
The staff that made the food was good and personel, the cashier with a nose ring was not, he was short in communication his attitude was of negative manner and he had a habit of chewing his finger nails while dealing with us. Had the cashier been friendlier like the rest of the staff the stars would have been higher but one employee chose to exhibit a lack of drive and lack of enthusiasm for his job and the customer.
I was in Cheyenne Wyoming this past weekend and found out that their Qdobas serve breakfast. We tried it and it was fantastic. I would love to see our Qdobas bring breakfast into their restaurants
The food was good but the cashier was a jerk. Everyone else was fine but I didn’t enjoy getting snapped at and eyes rolled. Left a bad taste in my mouth??♀️
Food is always good, and the staff is always friendly, but the restaurant often looks less than clean.
I went in last night about 7:30ish. They had a large order before me. When I got up to pay the card machine was down I had only my card on me. He said not to worry that dinner was on them and gave me my food. Great manager great workers. The food was delicious. Definitely going back and telling everyone how great it is. Keep up the awesome work!!
went in here on sunday night, around 6:15pm. was the worst i’ve ever seen. rice mixed in with sauces, steak all over the steam table. cheese all over the steam table. i understand things can get hectic and messy, but nobody was in there when i walked in. and with about four employees on, it should have been looking presentable. i couldn’t even eat my food because i couldn’t stop thinking about how it looked, and on top of that the steak had to have been sitting there for a long time because all i could eat out of my bowl was my guacamole and veggies. worst $12 i’ve spent, i used to love this place.
I visited the Mountain Veiw location after 3pm and I was so discusted with the way the food was dished up. I had a Burrito bowl and the way slopped the food in the bowl was like they were slopping hogs. I did almost walk out, but I usually like the food.. The bowl had food dripping off from under the lid they put it bag. When I got home lid was off and a mess. I just felt like I was an inconvenience to the server.
