Great air roasted coffee and friendly faces are what you’ll find at Pure Bean. Seating is comfy enough to hang, but not overstay your beverage. Good work space with natural lighting. Did you know this place used to be a record store? The mural from the original shop is still on the wall.

Great service, although lady did not know what a red eye was or what half sweet meant. drip coffee was very weak and espresso was super sour. then we tried our food and the first bite was great, then downhill from there. eggs were some weird frozen block still frozen in the middle, and definitely not fresh like listed online and on menu, also the burrito was just the size of a taco, and would be 2$ anywhere else. especially for frozen product and not fresh. coffee is hard to drink.

One of the best coffee places in South Dakota. And probably the best coffee place in Rapid City. They have a really great variety of drinks. And their drip coffee is solid every single time. Whether it's the light roast or the dark roast. And they have some really cool people who work there. I try to stop in every time I'm in town.
Sizes are very small, coffee is bitter no flavor, food is over cooked, I was handed a hot tinfoil crisp tortilla with spongy egg. Not impressed at all and I’ve tried it twice just to see if it got better after the opening.

Really glad we visited this place while we were visiting Rapid City. The Autumn Spice Latte was really good and the veggie quiche was very tasty. Reasonably prices and nicely decorated interior.
The nitro cold brew here is absolutely fantastic. If you are traveling through, definitely worth the stop.
