Very slow and for the second time in a row I have ordered a platter and not received my second side. I caught it this time but the doors were locked and my only option (since they didn’t answer the phone) was to try waiting for another 20 minutes in to go lane which would have made my already lukewarm food cold. I love Popeyes but this location needs some better quality control. Also, I ordered a Dr. Pepper and was given a diet. I try not to be that person but wanted to warn others to double check your food because their dining room isn’t open and they don’t get orders right let alone give hot food.
Walked in to order takeout. During the very brief time I was there I noticed the following: - They said they couldn't and they weren't giving receipts to people. -Every single table was dirty, only 3
Would give 0 stars but 1 is the least you can rate. Sat in line for 45 minute. Person taking orders was very rude, had 2 separate orders and only got the first order, which was incorrect and missing foodupdate: was told to pull forward and waited another 20 minutes for the rest of our food, never got the 2nd order and ended up with cold food for 1 order, and only got refund for 1 order. Would NOT recommend
They charged me 10 dollars for a meal in which they did not even give me the right sandwich, gave me around 20 fries in a 3 inch paper bag, and then told me the only drinks they could offer were a lemonade, sweet tea, or unsweetened tea. Whole restaurant is an absolute mess, why have you not closed your doors yet your business is pathetic
The staff and the food are all worthy of a five star review. The staff always impresses me with great attitudes and positive customer service. The food always is hot and delicious and I have never had an issue with my order.The reason I cannot give a full five stars is because of the extremely long wait that gas occurred each and every time I've gone through the drive thru. I once actually waited for a full 53 minutes for an order. My last visit wasn't that extreme at just 26 minutes (with 2 cars ahead of me). As I left there was a line that nearly encompassing the building. I wished them good luck!
STAFFED BY INCOMPETENT THIEVES —-Tried to order online through Popeyes app. When I got there I was advised that they were closed due to staffing. This was at 11:30 am on a Saturday. What kind of restaurant isn’t staffed at lunch on a weekend? They said they might open in 20 minutes and I could wait until then. So with my 3 y/o child we waited in the parking lot for 25 minutes and then went back to the drive through. They said they were still not able to open because they didn’t have any chicken. I’m not even making this up. What kind of Popeyes restaurant doesn’t have chicken before lunch on a Saturday? They then said they couldn’t do my order. IThen I asked them for my money back from the app because I’d already paid online. They said they didn’t know how to do that. The person calling herself the manager said she had no clue how to give me my money back but I could check online and see if there was something. I quote “I wish they had trained me more, that would be nice.” I asked why they didn’t turn off the online ordering when they knew they would be closed, they said they wished they knew how to do that. I asked if I should call the police since they stole my money. They then shut off the intercom and would not speak to me anymore. This was the worst experience I have had ordering online anywhere. Do not do it unless you are sure the restaurant is open and they have chicken. If I could give zero stars I sure would. I wound up having to call my credit card provider and reporting it as fraud.
Ordered a 5 piece combo, got a three piece. It took 15 minutes for them to get my food out to me (I was in the drive through). It was cold, and upon properly reheating it was rock hard and made me throw up. I'm surprised I did not chip a tooth on their mac and cheese, and the only thing edible in the meal was the biscuit. They refused to give me a receipt. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've been multiple times and they only get it right about 10% of the time.
This place is crazy. Lots of workers standing around not doing anything. Broken dining room drink machine. Broken menu tvs. Extremely long drive through line that wasn’t moving. The wait times are really long. There is absolutely no sense of urgency. The workers all seem very confused. The workers keep arguing with each other.
Ordered a chicken sandwich and coleslaw and a 5 piece chicken finger with honey mustard sauce at 11:25 today. Bill was $22.00+, they billed us for two chicken sandwich combos and a 9 pc chicken fingers and failed to give us the honey mustard, plus they had political stickers on their drive in window. They no longer exist, will happily do business elsewhere.
Delicious food... but not great service. Extremely slow (45-50 minutes to clear less than ten cars), and most of our orders had something wrong with them. Mostly the sides were wrong and they did not give the correct sauces.
