Delicious, HOT pizza, they provided plates, napkins, special seasoning, crushed Red pepper, and parmesan cheese! Love this location. Definitely would recommend.
The delivery driver was the only good thing about this place. We ordered a few months ago and got the wrong pizzas, the poor delivery driver was so upset and sorry for the mix up. His manager wouldn't answer his phone calls to figure out what he needed to do with the mixed up pizzas so I called and had to get the manager. This time we ordered 2 pizzas, once again, one pizza was correct (cheese), the other was messed up. I called to get it fixed. The manager was OK, but not sorry at all. We waited another hour for the correct pizza to show up and it didn't so I called to see where it was. The employee I talked to couldn't find our order so got the manager who was VERY rude this time and hung up on me. I realize people are short staffed but when you mess up an order that should be a priority out the door! My kids had to wait 3 hours total for the rest of their pizza! And we still haven't even recieved it!!!
Just saying good things can't express how much I enjoyed my overall experience! Thanks for making me feel good, and full. Fully appreciated as a customer that has no choice but to save this number as my top five.
It's papa Johns..I mean what did you expect? Great and fast service, fresh hot pizza, all for a good price! ..... love me some papa Johns!!
We always order Papa Johns because they’re the only ones who deliver to our house, It’s always a great experience. I wish I caught the gentleman’s name who delivered our order earlier this evening, so kind and caring! Held a good conversation while grabbing the pizzas and just had an overall awesome attitude(: this man deserves a raise! I also didn’t realize my husband and I accidentally tipped him $10.. but it was well earned and I’d probably give him even more next time!!
Tried the Baconmaina with green chilies absolutely amazing! Better then anything Old Chicago will produce. Go try it you will.love it!!!

Ordered some food. Noticed it was taking quite some time to be delivered, wasn't worried about that. People are short staffed right now. I noticed on the tracker the driver was parked at a location not even on the way to my house from their restaurant for about 10 minutes. I called to see if everything was okay. The manager was relaying messages to me through an employee. It turns out that the driver took a coworker home and apparently decided to take a break with the coworker before bringing our food. I asked to speak to the manager instead of being relayed messages. The manager then told me she would only give me a free item on my next order if my food was cold (I wasn't even looking for free stuff or food) I let her know this was poor customer etiquette and extremely disappointing and I wouldn't be ordering from their location again. She told me bye and hung up. Sorry for the novel but be prepared to wait an hour and a half for a small order of food. I try to be sympathetic to staffing shortage in food industry, I've worked it. This is the first time I've given a tip below 15$ to my delivery driver and I hope its my last time receiving service like this.
Horrible customer service from the manager. Only ordered papadilla and 10 chicken poppers.Order was 50 minutes late and cold(out for delivery for 45 minutes). Even talked to the driver twice and stood in the street for 10 minutes trying to see the driver.Managers response was OK, but did you get your order?
