Went there for lunch and stated several times we were not real hungry. The person that was helping us at the counter was totally involved in our conversation and when we ordered our food, not quite understanding the way things worked, we ended up with way too much food that will go to waste.I called it visited with the manager and she stated that's just the way things are these days with what she has to choose from as far as employees go. I would have thought she might have wanted to try to make things right but had no interest. I will not go back.
Ordered two bowls of soup here two weeks ago. Posted the order 30 minutes in advance, and when I came to pick it up, they made me wait an additional 20 minutes just to put the order together. No big deal, right? They’re busy I guess so whateverAnyway, about 30 minutes ago, I place another order for two bowls of SOUP THAT THEY PRE-MAKE BTW (bc their creamy chicken and wild rice absolutely GOES). I then drive here in a winter storm after the app notified me 20 minutes beforehand that my order was ready, only to have them tell me that they ran out of what I ordered WHILE THEY WERE BUILDING MY ORDER. THERE’S ALMOST NOBODY HERE ITS A WINTER STORMWHAT???Then they unceremoniously refunded me with two funky a** dollar bills when I payed with credit. Whoever refunded me seemed way more annoyed than *I* was. Just set the funky bills on the counter then walked off without a word beyond “here you go” lolDog-tier restaurant, never coming here again. Absolute chimps running this place, I swear to god
awesome service and the food is delicious! kinda pricey but worth it ?
They've screwed up our drive-thru order twice recently, giving us someone else's dinner both times. Everyone makes mistakes, and when something like this happens I just expect the restaurant to rectify the problem. However, when it happened last time we called and got a rude response from the manager, and then she refused to refund our money. I guess we have some sort of gift certificates coming to us in the mail? We love Panera and this location in particular was a real treat during the pandemic. It's a shame to see their quality of customer service turn into a big old pile of fail.
Being new to Panera I had trouble figuring out how to order and how to get my coffee ans food. This nice young lady named Jada was so helpful with a big smile. I appreciate the great customer service and plan to frequent the place more since it’s not confusing anymore!
I'm not sure what's changed. The past year they continuously get orders wrong, leave out sides, and sometimes just don't have what you ordered and paid for in the order. Even after several complaints locally / regionally, they still get most orders wrong. i.e. No cheese.... comes with extra cheese. Baguette instead of chips: comes with chips, or no side at all.Panera, in Rapid (I love other Paneras that have staff with basic reading competency), is a "if there is no alternative" restaurant.
I normally love Panera but today I got mac & cheese and I did not get my baguette and the pop was just carbonated water. Very disappointed I will go back and it could’ve been better.
I come here about once every other week roughly. I have never had an experience that I didn't like. Staff are amazing, when it's early in the morning it can be hard to smile. Not only do these amazing workers have a smile on their face but they make me smile as well. With my rough appointments, it is so relaxing that I can just unwind before the beginning of my day in an environment that I feel very comfortable in. This Panara does just that. You all are amazing, keep up the great work!
Are used to love this place but customer service is just horrible. it’s like they want nothing to do with the customers. I had ordered a rapid pick up which I’ve done plenty of times in the past and knew what I was doing. I arrived at close to 7:45 in the morning and the doors were locked. I could see people in there I had pulled on the doors hard enough to grab peoples attention. Nobody came to open the doors. Therefore I went to the drive up where I was greeted with rudeness from the worker because I was supposed to go inside to get my rapid pick up. I told her your doors are locked I cannot go inside. She said fine. When I got up to the window you could tell it took everything in her power to say have a good day. The service is unacceptable. I don’t go here very often anymore due to the service. Today may have been my last stop .I ended up throwing the item away out of fear she did something to it.
Very overpriced food. Sometimes the food is okay but last experience it was terrible. Missing components to meals and there was some bad chicken that made us sick. Couldn't make it back to the restaurant to tell them about this so tried calling throughout the day with no luck. There staff is almost always rude too. I do not recommend this store and will be going elsewhere from now on.
