Amazing service, great food
Got to the Restaurant, waited over 20 minutes for someone to sit us down. (Not one person was dining in whatsoever). There was food crusted on the silverware that had been wrapped in the napkin that was on the table when we were finally seated. The staff kept walking around on their phones talking or texting.Took over 30 minutes to get 4 people's foods.Appetizer was crunchy and burnt. French Onion soup looked like Mud. Fries were completely salty. Kids Mac and cheeses were crunchy, undercooked. Burgers were completely burnt. My family is now at home resting after getting diagnosed with food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. The only Good thing was our waiter. Very nice and respectful. My family and I will never eat here again.
Bloomin Onion, overdone and dry. We sent it back and had to take it off our order twice. The first time I guess they didn't listen to us.Service was a bit lacking. My wife steak was a little to fatty for her liking. Everyone was friendly and nice. Very accommodating. Overall I think we'll try a different steak house for date night in Rapid City.
Best restaurant I've ate at in a very long time. The steak was cooked perfectly!!
With a wife that has eating sensitivities, eating out is interesting. But Outback always gets it right - asking the right questions, making sure they understand her needs. Plus the food always tastes fantastic! You leave with lunch for the next day and still eat too much. ?
The Outback has very good Food. This location is a little hard to find nestled in between Hotels...the Sign is also up very high with the Hotel & a Dennys sign! Our Waiter was EXCELLENT a young Man whose name l cant remember & I wish I could. He deserves 5 Stars! The Salmon was great & so was the Sirloin & Lobster tails.
You'd think with "steakhouse" in the name, they'd know how to cook a steak. Turns out they don't. Ordered a ribeye Medium-Rare and it came out Well Done (no pink at all). Sent it back and the remade steak came out Medium-Well (just a hint of pink). By that time I was hungry and needed to leave soon, so I ate it. On the plus side, the broccoli was perfectly cooked. Maybe they should change their name to Outback Broccolihouse.
I've been to a lot of Outbacks and this is the worst one I've ever been to. Both steaks were extremely dry even for being medium rare, the chicken strips and chicken sandwich were way over cooked to the point of being hard and dry. On the plus side the service was good.
Facility was clean and warm. Our waiter was nice. The food was ok but one of three burgers were under cooked.
We went to Outback as a group of three on a Friday night. Despite the crowd, we were seated quickly, food was prepared as ordered, and was brought out in a reasonable amount of time. Our waiter, Aspen, was attentive and checked in multiple times despite the rush. Everything was appetizing. Highly recommended!
