Location works best for me ... steak & cheese sub with X2 the filling

We order from the Jackson location fairly frequently, delivery folks are always quick and polite.
Service was once great, but has steadily declined. It’s really awful when you stand in front of the server as she’s staring at the computer for 5 minutes and don’t get acknowledged. Kudos to the manager that came over when I asked if he’d serve us, but how do you allow such a terrible server to be employed? Side note, this isn’t a 1 time experience, this has been the server for the last 6-8 weeks.
ordered sauces, didn't arrive with the pizza, even the the delivery boy said they were in the box. Called store and an hour later still have not been delivered. seems to happen a lot from the Jackson location. this is not the first time ....I would love to have the manager call me. Until then, not giving them any ofy $$$
