We had 2 vehicles of people. Neither car's order was correct. The first car attempted to get the correct food as the ticket on the outside of the bag wasn't their order and the staff got really irritated. We (2nd vehicle) decided to just "take what you get" which was only wrong by one breakfast sandwich. Food was good, staff losing it in front of customers (busy weekend) was not.
Six of us stopped for breakfast and two of the orders were mixed up. While we were there we witnessed several other orders that were messed up. For granted they were extremely busy but still not an excuse.. the food was good though.
Just waited 40 minutes for 3 hamburgers with no onions or pickles. Gave us cheeseburgers 3 different times. This location needs some major help
Absolutely disgusting. If i could give 0 stars I would. Guy that came out to give me my food was rude, and took forever.
We had troubles using the kiosk. After fumbling through and starting over twice we got what we needed ordered... Thats on us but there was no one to ask for help. After 23 minutes and asking for our money back we finally got our order. If this is the future of fast food we will gladly go elsewhere.
Drive through is horrible. They always seem to park me and I do not order anything special. It is getting to the point where fast food is sit and wait for your $30 meal that feeds two people. I would recommend going to another McDonald's. Even after being parked most of the food is still cold but it is not worth driving back around as you cannot just walk inside and replace your order.
Edit: The night manager/owner reached out to me and replaced the missing items the next day. Changed rating to three stars. Corporate needs to stop making their CEOs McMillionaires and hire/train employees while paying them a living wage.Gave me half of the chicken nuggets I ordered, none of the fries, and no way to get a refund since they won't answer the phone. Save yourself the headache and choose a different location.
Always nice to get predictable results. Mobile app for ordering breakfast burritos and sandwiches works better than most. Issue is with the directions to the location. Fed incorrect GPS coordinates to Google Maps. Took longer than necessary to get to the site.
Fastest drive through in town! Love the 2 for $6 quarter pounder or 10 piece chicken nuggets deal.
This location is my favorite one to go to. The staff is fast, courteous, and almost every order is correct. (Which for any fast food place is always amazing!) I often go for breakfast and they're pretty busy on my way to work but both drive thru and curbside run quite smooth to get everyone on their way to their jobs with food and drink!
