I was ordering 6 pancake platters "six" not 2 platters that come in 3 each!! I have 6 people to order for!! He was like look there are 3 pancake in a platter!!?lol!! Sounds like a surf dude!! Look lay off the bud!! Listen to ordering and maybe you will get a sense of what "specifically" what a customer wants. Instead of getting home and only have 2 pancake platters!!Now I have to go get breakfast elsewhere ? ?
Three strikes, you're out. Went through the drive thru a couple weeks ago and got it for home. All looked good in the car, all number of items present. Got home, the soda was all carbonated water and nearly zero syrup. The fries were the wrong size and food was cold. Called the corporate number and they said someone locally would call. They never did. Just got home from trying the drive thru again; the drive thru cashier already kept our card until we asked him and said he thought he forgot to give change to the car in front of us. Get the receipt and get to the window and our 2 cheeseburgers plain with a Dr Pepper was instead rang in as regular double with a powerade. Corrected the empliyee who got the right drink and asked us to pull forward... How hard can a plain cheeseburger be? Well apparently after 5-7 minutes waiting and driving off with what appeared to be two doubles since the wrapper indicated it... We got home to two plain cheeseburgers... With NO cheese. Get your crap together McDonald's. If you say you're going to have someone call, have someone call and make it right. If you just don't care, say that and I'll take my business elsewhere.
They forgot 2 cheese burgers and when we told them we were asked are u sure.my supervisor said there in there. They did bring us the 2 burgers but didn't believe us..very poor customer service
Good store overall. Food and service is consistently good.Due to the ever-growing in flux of Homeless in Rapid, they tend to congregate in front and will sometimes approach you in car while in drive up for money. It's not just McDonalds, it's other fast food restaurants, bank drive up lanes, Walmarts, gas stations, parking lots, etc. Keep your doors locked. I had one open my passenger door and it got intense quick.
You guys really need to get your stuff together. My fiance and I go through there for 2 large big Mac meals meaning a large drink you guys messed up and even untop of that you guys don't fill the fry's up and the drink don't even get me started don't fill it all the way up. Just saying.
They've been really fast about bringing food out to the curbside. I always use the app which makes saving money easy.
Did the drive through this morning. The folks at the windows are awesome. However....Chicken McGriddle with cheese on it? really? Manager said someone in the kitchen " must have did an oopsie" . he didnt seem to surprised, i wonder if it is par for the course. The McCheese griddle with chicken. lol. However even after it is scraped off it still taste like cheese. So now i am stuck with a McCheesey McGriddle. I don't think McDs should market it but what do i know. On a better note the gentleman at the window who gave me my order was very upbeat and friendly. He raised this review by one star.
We always have problems when we order from here! Usually the order is wrong all together or it is missing items...

Went through about a week ago for a couple filet fish sandwiches was a little upset for being parked but the gentleman at the window was super friendly, I was a little upset with waiting about ten minutes for my food and when it did come out it was brought out by an apologetic and good skill for customers. Don I believe was who I complained to about the wait and asked for my money back and she told me she would be right back and after returning she thanked me apologized and gave me my food my refund and a free meal card you guys keep up with your hard work and thank you
