The people that work here are very nice and helpful. You have better luck gambling in Deadwood when you go through the drive thru and see what you actually get for your order. Only 1 of the last 3 times has the order been correct. Don't think these are large orders....only 2 or 3 items. I'm thinking they need to go to see through packaging so we are no longer surprised (disappointed).
The drive-up service people are AWESOME. They are fast, friendly, and accurate. I like the breakfasts BUT the bacon smells funny, too fatty, tastes really weird to me, and don't like seeing blood-like spots(?) on it. Ruined my appetite.
There really needs to be better communication between the order taker and the grill. They literally have a less than 50% chance of accurately completing a grill order.When a person says “I’d like a double fish filet, plain. No cheese, no tartar.” It should come that way. For some reason the person taking the order puts “plain” and without fail they put cheese or tartar on it. If I wanted cheese or tartar I wouldn’t specify “no cheese, no tartar”.
While the food is standard McDonald's fare, which I do love and nothing here will change that opinion. The new remodel that occurred during covid has you walk into the store to look at a blank wall and a weird door. Gone is the ability to get your own ketchup and soft drinks. Couldn't even find napkin dispensers
Very, very impressed with this store! I refuse to eat at any places with a closed lobby, and this store has been the first and best in customer service throughout all this BS lately. Thank you guys for your ambitions and excellence!
Ordered an order for eight people. Got the oder home and not only was half the missing there was only one thing that was right in the remaining order. I called the store and they said oh you must have gotten the wrong order. We will write in our book that you get your original order free, but come in the next couple of days.They wouldn't refund cash or put in a gift card. So two people didn't even get to eat. We were 10 miles away and two had to get to work and two other appointments. I am wondering how I'm going to eat food for eight with a family of three, in one sitting. Seems good customer service would have issues a gift card. Sad.
Stopped in this morning to bring home breakfast for everyone…..plenty of time but long wait. When I got my turn to order I was informed Breakfast was over and they wouldn’t serve me. I explained I had been in line waiting to order before 10 am…..didn’t make any difference.I took my business elsewhere….. I understand the long waits and slower preparation but the response of being cut off to order Breakfast after waiting my turn is dumbfounding to say the least.
Staff was very kind and courteous when picking up food for Uber eats.
Usually good and quick service but my last order they forgot my hashbrowns. Hopefully this is not a trend.
We stopped here while on a road trip and it was a terrible experience. My husband had to repeat the entire order to the person taking it and it still got messed up when we got our food. My son got the wrong thing in his happy meal and we asked for a separate order of fries, which they didn't give us. Thankfully we weren't charged for the fries (that we ordered and didn't receive). I feel like maybe the teenage girls working there do too much chatting with each other and not enough working.
