Details provided were for delivery only:Ordered from Marcos the other night for the first time, and will most likely not again. We ordered 3 items, a 12 inch sub, cheese bread, and "wings". The sub was extremely soggy from the sauce it came with, but that could totally be from delivery, so that's the 2 star instead of one, it was alright otherwise. The cheese bread was extremely stale and had no flavor, had trouble pulling it apart and it ended up getting tossed. The wings ordered were garlic and parmesan and the result was honestly just sad, $11 for a few cold pieces of chicken and a cup of garlic butter. Just chicken and garlic butter, which we attempted and it was really just gross, especially when you're expecting... yknow.. wings with sauce. Wasn't the worst, just subpar, solid 2 stars.
Undercooked pizza. Ick. Dameon who says he worked there for 3 yes and can't give excellent service. Cty babies. F on customer service. Undercooked food for kidney transplant recipient. PL
2 Stars instead of one because an employee making the food did the job the front counter guy at 6pm on 3/26/22 couldn't be bothered to do. Was lazy, rude, and didn't bother to ask about what I was waiting for, but instead helped others who walked in 4 minutes after I did. I waited patiently for the guy to get off the phone but I was not provided an ETA or even service.
No other pizza place delivered out here so I figured I'd try Marcos, oh my lord was it a good idea. Hot pizza, carryout time was on the money. They don't skimp you on the ingredients. And the staff member I picked up from was very nice. Mouthwatering grilled chicken and Italian sausage with a carryout deal 9$! Definitely worth your money and time.

Rolled into Rapid City South Dakota and saw Marcos. Thought to myself, I’ll be able to try one of their pizza bowls. I really wanted the meat lovers pizza bowl and entered to order it. Signs everywhere… pizza bowl $8.99 with a soda! Went up to the counter and ordered a pizza bowl and was told they don’t have it. They don’t believe they’re going to have them anymore. So I tried ordering the meatballs that are on the menu, they don’t have them either. So I ordered a meat lovers pizza then proceeded to take the toppings off of it and eat that without the crust. They couldn’t just put that in a bowl? The toppings and cheese were very good once I got them after waiting about 45 minutes. I wouldn’t go to this establishment again because they’ve got about 10 kids working and no adult supervising. They need adult supervision!

The pizza was delicious, especially the crust. It was made exactly how we asked.The delivery person was super friendly and quick. We are ordering again today?
The food is great but the website is really bad when you want delivery. Never says it can find my address and I never get to use my coupons or rewards I build up because I have to call in. When I do call in to give a code, it's not taking it in the system. This company build a new location in Henderson, Nevada in Inspirada and they are having the same issue with not locating any addresses. This really needs to get fixed maybe get another company to use for maps
