Food, was great! Loved my steak, sweet potato, and rice. All the food was good. The crowd was not snotty, so you don't need to be dressed up to much, like some steak places. Only problem I saw, as a ex server, an cook of 10 years, was the server we had. Was not talkative. They did the bare minimum as a server.this would of been 5 stars, but front of house staff personalities is key. The faces place in front .
Very good food & excellent Service.Grilled Shrimp were delicious & MashedPotatoes were too but a little on the rich side...next time I'll opt for the Rice! Just my personal taste! My Father in law loved the 6 oz Filet & Lobster tail.Ditto for the Grilled Salmon. Worth a visit if you're in Rapid City.
We tried the:- special mac n cheese: i like my mac n cheese more creamy, they meat chunks were a bit unidentifiable therefore kinda hard to eat- French onion soup: VERY salty, the cheese was pretty good, but would be better with bread (not the bread they serve as a free appetizer, that bread is very mediocre)- Caesar salad: very plain salad, the ingredients weren’t anything to write home about- outlaw ribeye steak: now THIS was amazing, seasoned perfectly and extremely soft. The only good thing here, hence why it’s called a steakhouse haha.3 stars because the person who seated us didn’t even give us utensils most likely because he didn’t care, or was too high (off of you know what) to care. The food other than steak is also pricey for what it really is. It’s not worth it in my opinion.
Stopped in for dinner. We were provided great service. I ordered an 8 Oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. The steak was a perfect “medium.” Great experience. We will be back. Travel safe…
Service was great from the hostess to servers. The two others with me had steaks, good flavor but prefer a thicker cut instead of thin cut that looks bigger. Had the salmon and it was very good. One had the brussel sprouts that had maybe 3 slices and the rest was burnt, loose leaves. Manager blamed it on the supplier, if that is the issue then remove it from menu, there were at least two other items not available.
As post pandemic/current supply issues dining adventures continue, this restaurant is doing a fantastic job in offering really good food and fantastic service. They aren't letting lack of labor stop them from giving their guests the best experience possible. Definitely recommend this location.
We’d been here a handful of times always with our own bottles of KANGEN water and enjoyed the meal. Service was decent. The last time we went in we waited too long to even be acknowledged, the service was poor and one of the managers ended up at our table to tell us we could not have our bottles of water in their establishment. Needless to say we took our half eaten dinner in boxes and will not be returning. This situation could have been handled so much better than it was.
I ordered the renegade sirloin, medium. It came rare. Thesecond time it came back, it was medium rare. On the 3rd try I said it was fine. The manager made the excuse that it was a thick cut, yet the other medium steak at our table arrived medium rare too. By the time my steak arrived, tough and not desirable, I had eaten what I could of my baked potato, because it was hard and not done. It was not worth the price I paid. Our waitress didn't appear to enjoy her job, or us. Poor service and poor food.
Kera was our server on Saturday night.We came in at 6 and was told the wait would be an hour and a half. We ordered an app, drinks, and our entrees. It was all served quickly despite the restaurant being full. All the food was delicious and the service was awesome. Thanks!!
Absolutely amazing filets! We always enjoy the steaks and service. Personally the Brussel sprouts are my favorite but the loaded potato is also very good!
