I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken tenders. The food was hot and had fresh fries. After I left I thought the lady forgotten to give me the Buffalo sauce I paid for. I called and got Matt on the phone. He was nice and courteous. I go back to the establishment only to realize that I had it. I apologized and even the other staff members were nice about the mistake I made. I will be going back to eat at this place!
It's been over 7 years since I ateAt KFC. The lady that gave us our order was a sweetheart. Boy did I enjoy my meal. Was perfect and so good. Grew up on KFC. Was goodBack in the day and hasn't changed.Church's chicken is great to!
went at 9 pm got a bowl w extra crispy chicken and boy that was the best bowl i’ve ever had and the sweet tea tastes so good!!
Purchased three chicken sandwich meals. Fries were good, as was the sandwich. Three sodas, because no milk or hot chocolate. Bubba with a black leather jacket handed out the bagged stuff. NO straws.
Got the new Beyond Fried Chicken and I loved it! I did'nt know what to expect but I was surprised by the taste. The only thing is that it was dense and hard to bite but for a first time out in the world I would order it again.
Not sure why we even try going here. They can’t put the correct order in, sit for 20 min in front of store for them to make your order and then they don’t even give you what you order. Call them back and get told “I didn’t specify….” The menu literally has a picture of the meal. How smart do u have to be to box chicken?

Tried ordering ahead so I could just pick up, was told I had to be in the parking lot before I could order.Went there, tried to order a bucket meal I saw on the menu online and was told it was online only, so I just got Chicken Tenders, got home and one “tender” was actually battered and fried PAPER. This is not okay.
Very good service, fasted drive thru is rapid city. Very attentive with their curb side minimal wait time
Anytime I go to KFC they ALWAYS forget the sauce, eventhough i ask for it at the speaker and even ask for more sauce with my meal i still dont get any...its just seems they listen but not really...
