I get them ordered to my work every Saturday. Never disappoints. Today there were a few mistakes, but they gave me my new sandwich in SHOCKING FAST TIME!! And a free cookie and chips. I love Jimmy Johns, only sub place in town with roast beef. Yum.

UPDATE: Received yet another sandwich that was not cut in half tonight. Seems a bit passive aggressive now. That's probably 5 sandwiches in a row, between me and my coworkers, that the "cut in half" notation was clearly ignored. Sad.The sandwiches are tasty and delivery is quick, but the last 3 orders have not been cut in half when the receipt clearly reads "cut in half," and any sandwiches ordered on Thursdays have had pretty stale bread. Cut the subs in half, please!
Every Wednesday my kids and I share a 16" BLT since dad goes to trivia so I don't make dinner. Last Wednesday there was a man outside charging his phone on the outlet a few feet from the door. I ordered him an 8" Italian.While waiting, I watched as they made his sandwich. It was so full, bursting with meat and veggies. I was so grateful that they undertook my endeavor and helped give back in the ways they could.They are always friendly to my son and I, but this really restored my faith in people.Namaste.
No drive through but still quick. Was very busy and got our sandwiches rather quick. Sandwiches I swear are not as good as they used to be, and that goes for the entire chain. I miss the old JJ before all the changes.

Unfortunately my husband had his first and only experience here tonight. First time ordering online for delivery. We called 2 times to see the status. The order was placed at 6:45pm. We just now got it at 8:40pm. We had ordered 3 subs an only got 2. I'm very upset. We will be taking our business somewhere else from now on.
Food is always good and fresh but a little spendy for a cold sanwich.

I could have gone to the store, purchased ingredients and made my sandwich within the one hour fifty minutes it took them to deliver my sub (you read that right, 1hr50min). How does it possibly take that long to deliver a sub? I wish I was kidding...
