Not too bad! Lady love sandwich was 10 stars. Mine was ok. Not sure why but tuna salad nowadays no matter where you go, just doesnt taste as good as it once did. Think its a matter of wild and farm raised tuna. Anyways 5 stars cause nummy bread as always.
Food is good. But there’s a girl with bad blonde hair dye built like a depressed Oompa Loompa who gives the absolute worst service EVERY time. Whenever I come here I hope she’s not working.
The food is always good when done correctly, that's the key. The problem is the staff needs better engagement with the customers. Listening has been a big problem in this store. Several times they messed up chicken kahuna with steak and not putting the correct cheese I asked for five times and other things on our sandwiches. Then the staff looks st me like I have four heads. No sense of urgency when it comes to the customers. Other than that trust me I was happy to have a sandwich place I missed from Vegas. Please work on customer service.
They were very busy but the line moved quickly. The sub was delicious and prepared excellently.
First time in. Most of employees looked really unhappy. Ordered a sandwich but didn't offer any mayo or sauce to go on sandwich so really dry. I asked and they offered me package mayo.Similar to subway but subway is much better. I most likely will not be back here.
The first few times I went to Jersey Mike’s it was run very efficiently, not so much this last time. There were employees standing doing nothing with a long line of customers. The person cutting and packaging the sandwiches used the same knife to cut open a package of napkins and then continued to use it on sandwiches.
Food was great, but there was a hair in the first sub that the employees made for my wife...The employee who noticed it, before we could say something... promptly took it to the back (to show the manager?) And came back empty handed, not saying a word to us or anyone else.We had to wait about 10 minutes for them to serve people who came in after us, before they remade her sandwich. The cashier said she was sorry for the "mistake on the first one", and handed my wife her sandwich. Not the best customer service, but not the worst I have had either.
Apparently when ordering online they don’t actually read your order. I’ll give it an extra star because when you’re I store and can supervise them they don’t mess up. Literally made my sandwich inedible.
First time there. It was pretty damn good. It's nice to have another different sub shop in town. We did take out but it was nice and bright and clean. Definitely will be going back!
This was my first time visiting a Jersey Mike's and I had a great experience. The food was great and prices were very reasonable. While they have a smaller dining area, there were still enough seats for maybe 20-30 people inside. They were busy the whole time we were there and they seemed efficient at their jobs. Definitely a great sandwich shop and better than others in town.
