Absolutely awful experience. We were sat at a table that still had the pervious customers trash on it, and it sat there for like 10 minutes until we finally asked the waitress to take it. Food took a while which was fine until we received cold pancakes. My husband's butter was even frozen. The waitress didn't come to check if we wanted refills on our drinks that were empty before we even got the food. Would not recommend this restaurant.
Not the best iHop I’ve been to.I got the:- hot chocolate: very basic, would taste better if they used milk rather than water to mix the powder in- Create Your Own Omelette: it had cheddar and Jack cheese, sausage, mushrooms, and avocados — that combination is heavenly. However the price they charge for three slices of avocados is not (above 2$).The server actually just didn’t bring out the hash browns that are supposed to come with it. We had to say that it was missing and she doubted us for a second. We still face her a 20% tip though because she looked tired, and we all have tired days. It’s just a little disappointing, because if we hadn’t realized, we would have never gotten it.
This place seriously needs to be cleaned! I understand it's winter. Salt, snow, and mud gets tracked in, but not half way up the glass door to the handle on all the front doors!? Every baseboard was black. The vents were black and disgusting. Every booth was just dirty and gross. I thought the dirty stopped with the surroundings, but I was wrong! I emptied half of my glass to find it completely unwashed with coffee grounds stuck to the whole inside!!! The food was typical Ihop and the service was nice. I wouldn't recommend this place though because I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like if the front of the building is this nasty! ?

I really want to give this place five stars, but just can't. The menu options are really good and offers just about everything you could possibly want. Their specialty of course is pancakes and the selection of flavors is amazing. Their food is very good and the portions are more than adequate for anyone. The problem they have though are servers who unfortunately are underpaid because the law allows it. Tips make up the majority of their salary. Tips are mostly based on the hopefully good service they give their customers. However some servers really don't give good service, they barely give mediocre service. If taking away tipping and receiving minimum wages would help is hard to say. Some people just really don't want to work and it shows.
As I write this I'm sitting in my booth, eating breakfast for dinner on Christmas day. My bacon and sausage are cold, my omelette is room temperature and my cup seems to be perpetually empty, HOWEVER, they only have one server atm and an extremely short staffed kitchen. I have absolutely no doubt they have been doing the absolute best they can and considering the circumstances I honestly think they deserve a [email protected]¢×|πg award for how well they're handling the situation. Well done you guys!!!!

Excellent experience! Justin was our server and he conducted himself very professional and polite. Don't know how much he gets paid but can guarantee its not enough!
