Food was great service not so much the second time being at this location, had to wait for the food longer than usual it was like the drive thru orders were important over done in, it took maybe 15 min to 20 min to get 2 orders manager was seen goofing around with staff until a lady started her shift once she started it was like boom hyper drive with the employees but staff and manager except for the lady was goofing around after they caught up on orders. I could have walked down the block went to burger King got my order from Burger King come back to Hardee's and wait another 5 min and my food would have been ready.

The fries were cold and nasty service was very slow when 3 people after me order and get theres before i do

Placed order at 09:33am in drive thru. Was 3rd in line. Sat in drive thru for over 20 mins waiting to get food. Finally made it to the window at 09:55:45. Got home with food to find my biscuit was incorrectly made. Not going back to get it fixed. Can’t eat it because I’m lactose intolerant and they melted unordered cheese all over it. These are the people who think they should be paid $15.00 p/hr and they can’t get a simple biscuit order right. I understand times are tough in the fast food industry, but my patience for incompetence has worn out.

Astounding, I ordered 2 large curly fries. Terribly hard order I soon learned. They filled 1 with regular fries halfway and then TOPPED it with curly fries, the other 1 they managed to fill with curly fries yet both were still old and cold. I noticed them being cold immediately and figured I'll just reheat them once I'm home, and at home is where I found their bizarre mess. I did call and ask the manager Westly how they managed to mess up, I guess he was in a meeting and what little quality control they have goes out the drive thru window. He was offended when I said no to the free food that requires me to waste my gas, or mail voucher, instead I asked that they hire someone to be in charge of quality control solely so no one has to deal with this anymore. He really didn't appreciate that, but I stand by it. Staff correctly please and do better

Ight Robert is the reason I am even leaving a review! My man has the attitude to run a store and let people know that they are not buying fast food; they are buying HARDEES! Robert brings the love and the energy. He really doing it like that and made me spend and eat more than I wanted lmao because he’s that GREAT! (My man take this Hardee’s to the next level) #hardeescomeback

Hamburgers are cold. Cheese notmelted because the whole burger was cold. Very disappointed and this wasn't the first time.

The dude with purple hair was pretty friendly at the window. I think his name was Chuck. The food was great and so was service just had a bit long of a wait.

Will never go to this Hardee's location again. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru just to get a burger that was cold and the bun dried out.Threw it away and stopped at Macdonalds.

Came in in the middle of the night and, of course, there's only maybe one or two people working. Understandable. Robert (this particular person on this particular night) was super understanding when I forgotten to check the bag before getting all the way home and was missing an Item. Made it fresh when I got back and made sure I was taken care of. Everyone is bound to forget something at this time, so I didn't blame him. Otherwise kind staff and I hope he understood I wasn't mad.
